  No1 and No2 problem is not a problem of Tablet...
  It looks like your Google Playstore account number.

  Maybe you should update / install the app store Google game from external source.
  There are plenty of instructions on the internet how to make...
  But you will need to activate the "unknown sources" option in the security settings.

  Mate sorry but I really don't understand what USB driver that interests you...

  I understand that you are having problems with the Google game store crashing on your tablet.

  When this happens the most common fix is to uninstall the updates to the app Store Play and clear its cache as well as the cache of Google Services to play.

  To do this, go to settings > storage > Apps > Google game store > press the button uninstall and confirm updates. Press the button clear cache.

  Go back and select the Google app play Services clears the cache on that as well.

  Restart your Tablet and let me know if it works.

  If you connect to your Google game account, it will show you who sent you the warning to the apps. The generator on the web app produces Android apps which are not affected by this vulnerability.

  In China, the play of Google store is not allowed.  You can find the firmware and try to flash.  There is a thread on XDA or Android Central to this topic.
