  Unfortunately, I need to recover with the recovery media (3 DVD that I created with the "Toshiba Recovery Media Creator" tool before starting the recovery process) by default.

  As far as I know on the Toshiba store (the link you posted) you can order recovery for recent laptops disk they were delivered without disc but I don't know m.

  Anyway, if a new drive online, you can order t you must contact the local ASP. They should be able to order a disc for you.

  Unfortunately, Tom's right. What you need now is original Toshiba recovery DVD and you can use it for recovery image installation. After this installation you will have to new factory settings.

  However if you have installed the 32-bit version of first, you will need to disable it before trying again.
