If I understand, you went to have the screen of your iPhone repaired to the Apple authorized service provider, but did not receive a confirmation email from the provider regarding your visit in? I understand that you want to have a form any registration. I would recommend that you please contact the store by their phone number and pull them to the top of your repair/service order and send a copy of you if possible. They might not have your voucher by e-mail or e-mail only those details when requested directly by the customer.

  • How will I know if an email from 'Apple' on malware is legitimate?

I received an e-mail might alert, apple, on malware that requires immediate attention.  I need to know how to determine if it is legitimate. In my safari, I went on the link they posted in the warning and got this announcement of: http://icloud-webserver-3.online/index-2.html

Your computer is infected with adware or malware, which allows you to see this popup.

This can happen because of the obsolete virus protections.

To fix, please call Apple Support to 1-800-982-1346 immediately. Please ensure that you do not restart your computer to avoid any data loss.

Possibility of data & identity theft, if not fixed immediately.

In fact, I called the number, don't do not still think that it was a 'bad' site...? How can I check the legitimacy of this warning?

It's easy. It is NOT legitimate. It's a scam, and it came not from Apple.

  • How can I delete an email from apple mail after removing the content (by virus scan software?)

Recently, I received an avalanche of emails with malicious attachments.  I have not opened any of the accessories, and my antivirus software has picked up malicious content and removed from the email.  Thus, I find myself with an email on my system, no content.  Unfortunately, the system does not allow me to then remove the (s) e-mail that is left.  How can I remove these 'empty' emails in my Inbox mailbox?

... my antivirus software has picked up malicious content and removed from the email.

Allowing something to edit the database of e-mail will result by it becomes corrupted.

If you use Time Machine, restore the email by "entering Time Machine" of in Mail and choose a time to restore. Then, just delete suspicious e-mails in the usual way. Exit full screen before entering Time Machine.

You may not use software "anti-virus" not Apple on a Mac, for this reason and many others. Identify the product you use to get the uninstall instructions.

  • My email from Apple used to send spam

This is the first time (that I know) that my Apple email address has been used to send spam in bulk. I don't think that the account has been hacked, since I'm still able to sign in iCloud and access my mail. I guess that my address is being spoofed. I contacted the people I thought that had received spam from me.

Is it possible to stop this? I'm afraid that it will continue until everyone I contacted directly or sent by electronic mail will be spammed by me. It is an address that I use for almost everything.

Are there steps I can take to keep my e-mail address be used this way?

    Thank you.

Since your password has not changed for access, the password may have been learned through strikes or phishing somehow. It would still be a good idea to update your password information and security.  http://www.Apple.com/legal/more-resources/phishing/

Two-factor authentication is perhaps something to look at as well, so you can be made aware of all the connections on your account. Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support. To do this, before you change the other security settings on your account as your password if you decide to go ahead with it. Otherwise, you must wait 72 hours after the update of your password, etc. for security measures.

Finally, Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support should feel you the need for more reassured.
