This a complete scam and one that has become very common these days. . Don't think anything such a caller said, do nothing that he tells you to do and hang up on him immediately.
At let them into your computer? If you did you are at serious risk for what they could have done it (installed spyware? Identity theft? Steal the passwords?), and I highly recommend that you do the two following:
1 reinstall Windows properly
2. change all your passwords, especially those of the financial institutions and online stores.

Hello, I get an urgent message to communicate a number of phone about my safari browser. Is it a scam? What is the official support of Safari Apple #? Thanks for your help?
It's a scam.
Force Quit Safari using the command + Option + ESC shortcut keyboard, then restart Safari while hiding the SHIFT key .
Then, to your Safari menu bar, click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab, then click: delete all data of the website can leave then restart Safari.
That should eliminate the alert/scam.

On my Google Nexus 5, when I access the app ASTRO file manager, I am daily receiving a message advertising the "Mozilla reward Center", offering VIP customers the chance to win an iPad and calling my home for shipping I should win.
It seems like a scam.
I saved a pdf of the screen, if anyone wants to see it.
If anyone knows how to block ads in ASTRO file manager, I would appreciate the help, but I suspect that's not possible.
Hello
This very probably (actually certainly) is a scam. Mozilla would never ask you for your place of home - and not by an ad. Please do not click on the link or provide your personal data.Thank you for reporting this issue.

I had a "update your Firefox browser last" page appear. This is for real or a scam?
I just got a page appear - ' you run Firefox 25 - it is recommended that you update immediately "etc. with a popup to click. Its URL is (I think) 'update - browser.org ' It smelled fishy. Is it?
Unfortunately I killed him before more information.Hello tcarleton, yes that much sounds like a tactic of scam that tries to trick you into installing malicious software, so don't download or run this kind of stuff! Firefox 25.0.1 is the latest version of firefox generally published at the moment, 26 firefox will be released over the next week. updates are managed automatically by firefox, so you don't have to download anything (you can run a check of updates of firefox > help > about firefox).
You can also run a full scan of your system with software security already in place and the various tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & kaspersky security scan to make sure there isn't already a kind of active malware on your system that triggers these false alerts.
Fix Firefox problems caused by malicious software
in case you come across such a message, again, you could report the site to https://www.mozilla.org/legal/fraud-report/
