Realtek LAN

HP Pavilion g6-1163sa

Windows 7 64-bit SP1

I have a problem with the Ethernet LAN cable. At startup, it constantly does a dance of connent - not connected - connect - not connected which may be continuous or may result in a connection or a situation to give up!

Sometimes the network card is displayed in network connections, sometimes not. Similarly in the Device Manager where he alternated between saying:

The device is not connected to the computer (Code45) or the device is functioning properly.

I installed the latest driver 7.69.304.2013 Realtek who Windows assures me is the last available.

I also suffer a BSOD 2 or 3 per day of pci.sys and wonder if the two things are related.

Any help gratefully received. I'm trying to set up a wireless network, but the router first needs an Ethernet connection... Hum Ho!

Thank you

John

Uninstall the card in the Device Manager. Don't let Windows not install a driver.

Start the Recovery Manager and install the driver.

Use the touch pad and put a tickm in the box to the left of the realtek lan driver and then click on install in the lower right corner.

Best regards

ERICO

    Hi all

I got a Satellite Pro L500 Windows 7 pro with disk created from computers, cell phones, but now cannot install a Realtek LAN driver for the laptop.

The installation of the driver software program doesn't seem to work properly all the time, tried several times to install with only once a realtek 'repair' option becomes available.

    @BALDAGEI,

    Thanks for posting.

It is possible that there is a problem with the wizard for help where, you may not be able to install the drivers using the program. I would like to troubleshoot the software itself by following the ideas of SuperMario1 in this thread: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Operating-Systems-Software-Recovery/HP-Support-Assistant-Window...

Also, you can try to install the touchpad and the Realtek driver yourself:

  • Realtek Lan driver for Win 7 causes BSOD x120e

I installed my SSD and 8G of ram and did a fresh install of W7 x 64.

I am connected to my network via ethernet and installed the thinkvantage system update software.  I selected all packages apply less Power manager.  Installation failed when you try to install the realtek drivers.  I got a BSOD that says Pagefault in nonpaged area.  The fault has stressed the pci.sys driver.  or hal.dll.  He repeated twice.

I opened thinkvantage again and you have not selected the driver realtek for download and updates installed without problem.  This computer had been running previously without ANY problems what-so-ever.  Any suggestions?

    Hello:

Sometimes it must first install the first Intel chipset driver and restart the computer before the installation of the ethernet driver.

One should always first install the chipset driver and restart the computer before installing any other driver to avoid things like this happen.

The newest one replaced the old. Still, if you want to get the older, back the driver.

    • Open the computer properties Device Manager.
    • Expand the network adapters and right-click the realtek device and view its properties.
    • On the driver tab, click Roll Back driver.

All the drivers, but also the Realtek LAN driver (Win 7 32 bit 64 bit and Win 8.1) can be downloaded from the Toshiba UE driver page:
    http://www.Toshiba.EU/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp

I think that the laptop was equipped with the Realtek module and the driver from the driver page should work.
But you can also use the mini PCI database to find out more information on this module.

    Hello

As far as I know the unit supports the Realtek LAN Realtek 8103EL chip (10BASE-T / 100BASE-TX)

    So first of all, I recommend you to update the [Realtek LAN driver - (L) RTL8103E | http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=7&Level=5 & Conn = 4 & DownTypeID = 3 & GetDown = false]

In addition, go to the Device Manager-> LAN card-> properties-> Advanced tab
Search speed adjust the value to 100 full Duplex, 100 half or even to choose 10 settings. Try all of them and see which is best for your network.

The card Realtek LAN of the Satellite U500 - 1FC supports 10/100 Mbit, only so that you can use Gbit connection. Sorry but in this case it limitation material s and 100 Mbps is the maximum.

  • Satellite Pro A110 crashes during the transfer of the large data in LAN

    Hello

My Satellite Pro A110 crashes during the transfer of the large data in LAN. The network driver is a Realtek RTL8139/810 x Family Fast Ethernet NIC I've been looking through this forum and found some wire whit exactly the same problem, saying that the solution is to update Realtek lan set up in BIOS, not the computer BIOS, but I can't find any link to download the necessary upgrade file. Can anyone tell me please where to find this upgrade file or send it to me directly?

    Thanks in advance

Is - this transfer of data in the company where you work? Do you want to download data from the server, or how to understand this? How to understand what you mean under big data?

Have you tried downloading data on the Internet? For example, if you try to download some trailer HD (more than 200 MB)?

I have a laptop Toshiba A200-1 s 5, serial number: X7357433K. I just installed Windows 7 and downloaded and installed all the drivers of Toshiba laptop. I have no problem device in the system information screen.

In Device Manager, the cards I have that the "Intel (r) PRO/Wireless' network. When I install the downloaded driver for LAN (lan-20091103092515) it says "Realtek LAN Driver V7.003.0522.2009", but I can't not under network adapters - I don't know where he's going? I can't find everything Realtek device in Device Manager. Needles to say works Wireless LAN, LAN does not work.

Connectivity doctor shows Wireless Lan, Dial-up Modem and Bluetooth, but no LAN. Trying to load the driver from Realtek - does not help. -message: the device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)
I even tried to install from Realtek and update the driver for lan-20091103092515 - same error Code 31.

    Hey Buddy,

You have an unknown device in Device Manager? This could be the missing LAN card

Also check if there are devices hidden in Device Manager. So open the Device Manager and go to view > show hidden devices.

Normally, you should now see the LAN card and then you can update the driver.

  • Satellite L300D-10U - unable to connect to the internet using LAN and Win XP

    Hi all

I had a very big problem with my card.
I can t connect to the internet.
I searched the forum but without any determination :(

I did everything. I have checked ipconfig nothing, check the mode safe mode with local network nothing.
    Someone said too
"(1) once the Ethernet is connected, power of the DSL Modem. Cycle." ("Some Modem picks up the MAC ADDRESS of the network card on where it was previously connected and restarting it redétecte this new")

    How to disable the modem?
And another question: can someone tell me what works of LAN drivers in Sat L300D-10U on XP?
    I put t even know that :(

    Help me

    Hello

The Satellite L300D-10U belongs to the series of PSLC0E and it supports the Realtek LAN card.
LAN driver can be found on the page of Realtek.

You ask how to disable the modem? I think you mean how to reset modem DSL
Well, usually your modem should support an ON / OFF button simply turn it off and then turn it back on.

If you are unable to access the internet then you should first check if your modem is properly configured and that the right data ISP (internet service provider) was used.

Sorry, but that's all I can say right now I think you should just check your modem settings, make sure that the NIC is properly recognized and connect the model of the laptop using a LAN cable.
