Receipt the 0x80072EFD error message. What is this problem? How is it fixed?
Just can't use my email all of a sudden. That's happened this afternoon for several hours. Then it started working again. Then tonight just in the last hour, started having this same error message.

6.2.16: when you try to update ITunes on my Windows laptop, I get the following error message: "there is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this teaching to complete could not be run. Contact your supplier of staff or the package of support ". There is no associated error code. Using my current ID and password I can connect to Adobe. When I try to download the upgrade to Flash Player they ask for my ID and password. When I insert my current ID and password, it is rejected. How can I fix this problem? Is it a bad sign in a former ID, and/or an old password associated with Flash Player?
The password is provided by the operating system and is designed to protect you from accidentally install software. You will get this prompt for any installation outside the context of the App Store.
If you do not need to enter a user name or password when you start your computer, you can probably just leave the password field empty when recognizing this prompt.

I can't find a reference to this error code. Can you tell me what kind of update you tried t? In the meantime, I can offer some general troubleshooting tips. First of all, run chkdsk from your pc to correct possible errors in file:
Run Check the disk:
1. click Startand type cmd in the box start the search .
2 right-click cmd in the programs list and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue
3. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER: chkdsk /r
4. If the request to run at the next reboot, typeand press ENTER.
5 restart your computer

First of all I would like to clear you all events, right-click each of the topics and choose erase all entries, you can save if you wish.
Then run checkdisk:
