Received a new office and downloaded creative cloud. Photoshop updated and downloaded without problem, but when I updated to bridge, it is stuck "Finish" and the application opens just to give me an error message. Help?
Hi there - I have recently had a new office (mac) and downloaded creative Cloud immediately. Photoshop updated and downloaded perfectly, but I'm having a problem getting bridge to open. I clicked on update as well, and he is stuck saying "finish," and doesn't seem to change. Whenever I try to open the app, I just get an error message. Someone knows how to fix this? I can't wait to use this big screen of my friends here for a photo editing and away from the screen of the little laptop, but I need bridge!

I had the same problem on Mac OS. And I could not migrate the settings. Launch as resetting preferences suggest here, has not solved the problem. I had to go to the library main folder Preferences and reset the permissions for the file Photoshop CC 2014 paths Photoshop CC 2014 folder and Settings. I am disappointed that Adobe has shipped an upgrade with such a fundamental flaw. I think I should say something derogatory and disparaging about Adobe, quality control, on the way as a loyal customer, using Photoshop since version 2.5 and a Subscriber CC, expecting better. But I'll leave these comments for others.

I am a student and I have a free subscription to adobe (who, when I go into my membership, says I have free membership of Creative Cloud) again, when I try and download the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it gives me an error message that my trial has expired and then heading to an error 'No subscription found' when I type in my ID. My other updates for the applications worked and they open yet Photoshop is not.

Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.
