  If you bought the software, then you should not download it. Simply enter the purchased serial number Dreamweaver installed evaluation version to activate it.

  This happens when Ps app is removed not uninstalled. So when you try to download, it shows you that the CC Ps is already installed.

  Run the cleanup tool to remove Ps CC:http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . Restart the computer and then try to reinstall the Ps.
