When I start the first items 11, I get an error message that says: we have detected an incompatible driver. To get a better reading performance and faster, update your display driver. View the details of the driver: ATI technologies Inc. - AMD Radeon HD 7640 G 3.0.11774 compatibility profile context. My computer crashes when I click OK.
It should be in the same place. But do not set your Folder Options to show all files, or you won't see it!

Original title: Internet wireless connection
I use a PC & a cable modem wireless to connect to the Internet. When I start the computer, sometimes the icon in the taskbar indicates that it is connected to a network that is not identified. I wait a few minutes until what he says at last he is identified & seems to work very well. The only other issue I see is once in a while after it is connected, I noticed that it is to identify the network connection, but I see no problem to surf the web. This could be a looming problem with the modem, or is it something else? Should I consider it as my modem is still under warranty? ARRIS / Motorola wants to charge a diagnostic fee is why I write on this forum first.
Thank you

We have upgraded to Mac OS Sierra of El Capitan, and now we have to log in twice, when we start the computer.
How fix us this?
Thank you...
All the best...
God bless...
If you have activated the preferences-> Security-> FileVault system, then you must enter your password initially so that device drivers can decrypt your encrypted drive. Once the system is running, you must then log into your account.
They are really 2 separate activities that happen just to use the same password.

Hello
Windows displays a temporary storage area where files are held before they are copied to the CD. Files or folders located in the temporary storage area are listed under files ready to be written on the CD.
Try the steps and check them off below if it helps:
a. double-click my computer and then double-click the CD burner.
b. under CD writing tasks, click on delete temporary files.
When you delete the contents of the temporary storage area, you can set this field to another set of files and folders that you want to copy to the CD. The files are not deleted from their location on your computer or on the CD.

When I start my computer, a message on the screen says I have no hard drive installed. my computer will load eventually after many attempts and when I clicked on my D drive, where all recovery files are kept, it tells me that the disc is damaged and inaccessible. Can someone help me before I'm locked out of the computer for good? Thanks in advance Andy D.
Determine the manufacturer of HD computer. Go to the manufacturer's website and download their software/utility to check the Dowload HD it and burn it to CD or DVD according to the instructions. Boot from the disc newly manufactured. Run the utility to verify. If necessary, replace the HD and restore backups.

Recently whenever I start the computer a program named Mac cleaning charge, stat my scanning system and ask to activate. It looks like a third party program that I should pay. Is it an accredited program for mac. If this is not the case, how can block this load upward.
Is it called Advanced Mac Cleaner? If so go here. http://AMC.Kayako.com/Knowledgebase/article/view/4/0/how-to-uninstall-advanced-m ac-cleaner
It is malware.

Next time put please the details of your question in the body of the message instead of the subject line.
The reranavu.dll file is malware. Either you have uninstalled the malware program or your antivirus/antispyware program did. In all cases, a reference has been left in the boot file. You can remove the reference by managing your startup.
Because you had a piece of malware, the chances are too high you had others. It would be a good idea to scan. I recommend to download and install MalwareBytes' anti-malware (MBAM) from http://www.malwarebytes.org . The program is free. (There is a paid version, but you don't need to buy it to remove the malware).
Manage startup - be done only when you are sure that the computer is completely free of malware:
(for XP) Start > run > msconfig [Enter]
This will open the System Configuration utility. Look under the Startup tab and find the likely culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, apply and OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but next time you do, you will get a dialog box saying that you have used the utility. Just check the box that says in effect, "don't mind to this subject again".

The screen that comes up when I put it back in operation is one that says windows stopped at unsucessfully you gives the choice to run in safe mode or let it reboot in 30 seconds, and he usually goes right
Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.
-
You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE and click run as administrator. Then, from the command prompt type sfc/scannow.
-
Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To do that click on start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

When you get your system in good working condition, I invite you to back up your system up to an external hard drive and make it regular periodic updates.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

I still have to press F1 to continue when I start my computer it says secondary drive not found
Whenever I restart my computer, I get this message "Secondary Drive 1 not found press F1 to continue, F2 to run the Setup utility" so I just pressing F1 all the time, can someone help me solve this problem, so I do not hit anything, so that the computer will go just directly on windows, I have a Dell Dimension 3000 and running windows XP.
Thank youHi smiley1958,
- Did you the latest changes on the computer?
- When was the last time it was working fine?
Method 1
Usually, this would happen if the system basic input/output system (BIOS) settings are incorrect.
See the link on the Dell forums and try the steps mentioned, check if it helps.
Method 2
If the previous step fails, then you will need to contact Dell support to fix the settings in the basic input/output system (BIOS).
Important: Change (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

So I just got this laptop from my uncle, and his name is Bob. When I turn on the computer and need to type in a password to sign in to get to my desk, he says "Bob." How do I change to say my name... and when I do this it will automatically change my main folder with all my downloads and documents for say my name or if he insists Bob?
I have not thinl there is no procedure for this, the only solution I know is to create a new account with your desired name, copy all the files and the settings for the new user account if you want, and then delete the original account when you are sure that you don't need more.
Use the procedure on the article if you want to copy files and settings for the new user account.

Why id the year change in windows XP?
Hi Trubbe,Start with the setting of the time zone to the time zone where you live. Make sure then that "automatically adjust for DST' is checked. For more information, see:Which will probably fix the problem. However, here are two other things to consider:a. check your "input output system BIOS (Basic)" by going to the configuration to the computer he start. Make sure that time is also set to what you want to be. Consult the manual for the computer to do the same thing.NOTE: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from configuration can resolved BIOS/CMOS settings. Changes to settings are at your own risk.
b. make sure you have all the patches of Daylight Savings Time installed. Since we are in the period that would normally be DST in any case, it is probably NOT part of the question, but it's a good belt/suspenders approach to take. -
