  There are some things you need to do before you start using the HP connection manager.

  1. first download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 from here and restart the system.

  2. now download and install the HP Software Framework from here and restart the system.

  3. When you steps above to download and install HP Connection Manager from the HP site and then check the issue.

  It seems that you have two different processor speeds. Try the VCA mode and also check the BIOS version you and make sure they match.
