Recently, I destroyed my macbook pro and lost all my info.  I need to re-download my programs.  I bought CS5.5, but has been upgraded to CS6 because it was purchased a few weeks before its release.  How can I do this?  Thank you!

  You can install a copy of the software on the second machine it's just you are authorized to use on one machine at a time.

  Can you describe what happens when you try to play these tracks?  Do you have an error message (If Yes, what does say)?  Are the visible but greyed out?  They were a symbol of an exclamation mark next to them?

  Locate your CD drive integrated in the device list manager.

  Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.
