  Possibly a recent update reset the recent open to zero.

  Open system preferences > General > recent items.

  Type a value (say 10)

  Quit System preferences.

  If number is running, save your work, exit and restart numbers.

  Open some documents numbers and open the recent item will begin to list them.

  When the option store and display recently opened items in the start menu and the taskbar is disabled and grayed out, it is a symptom that two Windows fonts are applied to your system.

  Open the Publisher of the registry (Regedit.exe) and navigate to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer. If there is a registry that NoRecentDocsMenu value set to 1, delete it. If there is a registry that NoRecentDocsHistory value set to 1, remove it as well.

  Repeat the same steps in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer registry key (it cannot exist).

  I want to solve the following condition. I develop on 4.7 SDK for storm devices.

  1. when I click on my BB 9530 Simulator application (not the main screen) screen, it automatically appears a menu with 'Show the keyboard', 'Process switch' and 'comprehensive' menus. I don't know why does show? I want to not show this menu when the Spear of my screen of the application.

  2. I EditField on my screen of the application. So when I run this screen, it automatically show keyboard. But I don't want that. I want to delete showing the keyboard automatically and should show the keyboard only when the user clicks the editfield.   I solved my problem. I have use ButtonField.CONSUME_CLICK to launch a particular screen by clikcing on a button. I changed to ButtonField.CONSUME_CLICK now to launch a clikcing screen a menu default button is not currently displayed.

  Thanks for posting with us.  I suggest try to start safe mode and see if it works correctly.  If Yes, then you can start using the "last known good configuration."   If in Safe Mode, you have the same problem, you should run chkdsk /r and sfc/scannow.  Here are the instructions for these suggestions.  Post back with the results.

  Right click on a box empty spots in your bar and select Properties, then select the option or "combine when taskbar is full".  This means that each document or file you have open will get its own key, as long as there is place so that it fits.
