  Based on this error, I found that it is actually a very common problem with these types of drivers and Windows 7 x 64 systems.  The long solution is to remove completely the driver files, temporary locations, and for MEI registry entries.  I couldn't be arsed with it so I just transferred the image to the WDS server and manually install drivers instead of the program installation and then rebooted the machine, now works.

  Hello community, I need more minds to this topic, makes me crazy! and I can't understand our reasons.

  95% of the users using AnyConnect have this same problem... you open anyconnect you can connect without problems, but always after 60 sec or if VPN is a small impasse and it reconnects, after that no zero problem, the computer never lost network connectivity, this behavior occurs same cable.

  What can I change to avoid this behavior?

  It is fairly easy to remove Vista and install XP.

  First of all, you need to a license and a Windows XP CD.

  To install it, you need the SATA driver or you change the SATA mode in the BIOS from AHCI to compatible but then you will have lost performance a bit and I think that's not so good.
  The SATA driver is in the Intel Storage Manager and after you have booted from the CD you need to press F6 to load from an external floppy drive or you create your own CD with this driver. It is a good tool like nLite.
