  In my case, I was able to update without this message when the update has been published. Later, I upgraded to Windows 10, installed PSE14 and uninstalled PSE13. I have reinstall PSE13 some time after and now I can't update to 13.1... Not a big deal for me, but the issue is not resolved.

  No, you pushed PES 11 up to the limit. You could move on to PSE 13, or you can download the free adobe dng converter and use it to make the DNG files that your version of ACR can understand.

  I'm being asked to update my Adobe Applications by an icon in my system tray.  Whenever I try, I get errors on the BDP and Camera Raw.  She says: "there was an error downloading this update.  Quit and try again later. "The PC has been recently upgraded to 10 to 64-bit Windows and the PSE application works very well.

  Does anyone know why I get a reminder for free update to 13.1 (patches) and Photo Camera Raw 9, it says successful and then asks me to do it again and again? It is after that I had to contact the useless chat line for my old computer broke off because of Adobes garbage policy you can disable only since the original computer, even if its scrap and you can not. Worst company ever so far and a huge waste of time.

  Still trying to get Photoshop Elements installed and works on my desktop. Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit is the operating system.

  Finally managed to install & managed to make it appear the editor signing in with my Adobe ID (several times before, during the days NOT worked)

  Now, I have a new problem. When I try to update the 12.1 software, I get the above error. No information on the cause.

  Hi all

  This last update ACR to Photoshop elements 13 seems to be published 8.7.1 in December.

  In the meantime the ACR 8.8 and ACR 9.0 were released, but obviously not for Photoshop Elements.

  Anyone have any idea if there will be more updates on day of ACR for PSE or not?

Information with the said programs that they both work under Windows XP and 7.

  Yes, you can install 11 PES on both systems. If you buy an upgrade, al lyou need is the serial number of the latest version previous qualification, which means 10 PSE. In addition no involved Hocuspocus.
