  I recently installed Lightroom 6 (stand-alone version).  I have two separate issues: firstly the "file > open recent" does not work.  The cottage my last files but when I click on one of them, nothing happens (don't close the existing catalog, nothing new opens).

  Second problem: I can't drag individual files or folders, from one place to another within the section "Files" from the library.  I did this on a regular basis with older versions of LR so I know how it's done - it does everything just not in this new version.

  You really produce TIFF files? If you are, no matter what version of LR read them. Files NAVE, not so much. For NEF files out of this camera, you can either upgrade to the latest 6.4 or CC 2015.4, or you can download the latest free Adobe DNG converter software and use it to convert your files to DNG and import those into LR 5.7.

  Back to TIFF format. If you are trying to import those and get a message that the files cannot be read. You will need to change the permissions on the folder that you copy the image to. Change the permissions if you have read and write access.

  > Launch Lightroom

  > Click Edit > Preferences (Windows)

  Lightroom > Preferences (Mac)

  > Click on the performance tab

  > Uncheck display CPU usage

  > Click OK

  > Quit Lightroom

  > Restart Lightroom and look for the question.

One who does not I opened. The person called and they said that their e-mail had been hacked. Someone had mentioned to them that it would be Zeus.   I need to recover a lost Inbox (lost due to a failure). The file to the Inbox in the profile folder is somehow cleaned as if the record has been compacted and some new emails have been added. The size of the file is now a few hundred KB when there should be a few hundred MB. I have run a recovery of files on this disc, but now have thousands of files with names like Raw122354 and don't know what to look for, because the Inbox file has no extension. I can remove those with file extensions I don't know, but that still leaves too many to go through.

  Messaging files are text files, so yes, you can open them with a text editor. I wouldn't try to open a file of messages Gigabyte with Notepad however.
  There is no need to rename the file with a .txt extension, it can be opened with any text editor without worrying.

  Then open the Photoshop CS4 folder and right-click (Ctrl + click) on Photoshop CS4.app and select to display the contents of the package.

  What do you mean "they don't download", exactly what is happening.

  If you use the library of iCloud photo flow Gallery becomes hidden. Is there a reason to activate the photo stream.

  I know it sounds like a minor annoyance, but it is a problem with Acrobat 11 in my main image. QA sign on my image until this is resolved. When my users launch a pdf from their local machine for the first time Acrobat opens but the pdf file does not work. Just close Acrobat and clicking on the pdf file again resolves the problem. These seems to be just a first question. Someone has any idea how to solve this problem?

  Working with AA 11.0.0, or did you update? The updates may resolve the problem if they were not made, particularly on a 64-bit computer.
