Recovering data after reset

Hello!

HP ENVY Sleekbook 6 PC (Windows 8)

I have reset to factory settings.

Is it possible to recover data that has been delivered to? (Documents)
Thank you!

Hello

If you did as you say a new facility (factory settings) then all previous DATA from the previous installation will be deleted and disappeared forever.  But you have nothing to lose, you can read this article of EaseUS and see how you go.

    Hello

You will need to back up all your personal files, etc. before executing a factory reset - an option to do this is to use the facilities available in Windows 7, as described in the guide on the link below.

  • Recover data after recovery?

If this isn't the correct forum please move this topic, this isn't a question on the Toshiba product recovery, but directly connected with it (I don't know how it works).

So, the problem is simple, I lost my data because I used the software without a backup (I was distracted)... Is it possible to get it back?
I try with GetDataBack, but I found nothing.
As an extreme idea, recovery disk Labs could operate effectively?

In General before the installation of recovery begins any HARD drive will be formatted and new partitions will be defined. All the data saved on the HARD disk will be deleted.

In any case as far as I know that you can recover deleted data using a third request for the part.

  • How to recover data after the upgrade to Windows XP Home Edition?

    Original title: lost data

My Windows XP program has been replaced by Windows XP Home Edition. Some data was not justified.

Is it possible to recover the data?

My Windows XP program has been replaced by Windows XP Home Edition. Some data was not justified.

Is it possible to recover the data?

First of all, please note that Windows XP Home Edition is an edition of Windows XP. So it makes no sense to say that your "Windows XP program has been replaced by Windows XP Home." Exactly what edition of Windows XP you have before it was replaced with XP Home?

In the second place, who did the replacement, and exactly how it was? Was this an upgrade? A new installation? He did go in Windows or by booting from the CD XP Home?

Thirdly, it was not justified to exactly what data?

Fourth, it depends on your answers to the above questions, but in all likelihood, it says No Mo is quite right: If you do not have a backup of your data on an external, you're probably out of luck, and the data are gone.

  • recover data after the update results in recovery mode

Hello! I feel absolutely terrible and any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an old IPhone 4S that has been put into market and on himself. One of my friends told me to go to IoS9. Terrible mistake because it made my phone goes into recovery mode.

I never did all backups on Icloud and on ITunes. Worse still, I never had ITunes in my life. (I am kind new to smartphones, this IPhone was given just for me)

A friend of a friend has offered to help and I gave her my IPhone for a little more than 10 minutes. He has a Mac and said he could do something (legal or not, I have no idea). But then I realized that there are things really private in my IPhone that I would not want anyone other than me to see. So I asked him to stop whatever he was doing. The phone is still on the recovery mode when I got back, he had the phone for about 10-15 minutes, and I never gave him the passwords. My question is simple: would he able to access my data in any ways if he wanted to?

I went to an Apple store and a saleswoman told me that there was no way he could have access to what in my phone as the phone was completely blocked / blocking. And then I'm going home and read things like Wondershare, on ways to get data without passwords and I completely panick on everything.  You have to be a complete genius this information?

I guess I just need to be reassured. Thanks to you all.

PS: I'm not English, I hope I have made myself understandable!

If the phone goes into recovery mode, restore only on a new version of the iOS will be bring back to life.

The password for the lock screen can't be changed if restore you to a computer that was used to put in place or to sync the phone in the past. Other computers cannot access the data on the phone, he's going to be wiped out during the installation procedure. If you never connected to a computer, the first time that you try to synchronize, the phone will be erased, over, synchronization, it will take the password of the lock screen to display on the phone.

  • How to recover data after executing an operation of product recovery

    Hello

Recently, my computer Toshiba has been a blue error screen. I tried to start the computer in safe mode and all other available modes, but the blue screen kept appearing. I had no other choice than to launch the product supplied with the laptop recovery CD. Once this was done, I was happy to discover that the laptop was working, but all my files were deleted! Now, I know that this means that the HARD drive has been formatted for the product! recovery operation, but is possible in which to find my lost files?

    Desperately need help.

    Thank you

    Matheson

    Hello

Not easy to say because prior to installation, the HARD disk is formatted and existing partitions are also replaced. I really don't know what to say. If you have some very important data to try to talk with experts. Google all over the place. I hope you find someone who can help you.

  • Recovering data after you accidentally delete files

I have compressed files and files have been compressed.  Then I moved all the files compressed and created a Briefcase.  I then moved the Briefcase to the taskbar at the bottom of my screen.  Then I removed the towel that was on my desk.  I then tried to open the case of the bar of tasks and could not open the Briefcase.  I tried to restore the original portfolio thinking it was them recylcling bin and it wasn't there.  All shows are now shortcuts to all of my files, but I can't find or access files.  Yet the files are somewhere on my computer as memory has not changed.  I followed all the instructions on recovering the files and files and all I get are shortened and information who are unable to find the files.

Then, it seems as if they were written on... Sorry, you're out of luck.

  • Procedure for recovering data after the lost startup disk

I just lost my boot drive 2 OCZ 80 gig vertex. The pixelated screen and went to black. I tried to restart without result. I used my system drive to start in revover5y mode. Using the command prompt I could not recognize the boot drive (drive C)

I dig my OEM drive and is my sticker with the kay. Then, I went out and bought a new Samsung 850 pro (128 GB).  I thought I have to load windows on the new C and go on my different readers of data cleaning. I am a heavy user of photoshop and lightroom and I luckily my backups photo on WD hards, including hd 2 backup (no SSD)

I built my own computers since the middle of the 1980s, but at 70 I've gotten a little rusty. I am also on some bad drugs that create some short-term memory problems.  I am accepting the unfortunate change of circumstance and I realize it's better to think I could handle everything smoothly. I've never had to reauthorize a boot disc in ofr all these years so I'm a little worried by Microsoft that addresses... This construction was 64 bit win 7 with 12 GB of ram a bunch a ssd 240 GB for ongoing work and a 60 GB SSD as frayed drive 80 GB, and hides.

I have a 1 to black for data and I also loaded programs essential speed not on my boot drive was loading a touch too fast. I have 2 1 TB backup in ra 4 Bay unit removable unit. Computers can be fun but it's rough having to be an expert every 3 or 4 years.

I don't know where I have it loaded some of my criticisms (MScontin will do that) programs may be on the C or the 240 GB SSD which still lives. I'm better off which separates data and do a cleanh installation of all programs (photoshop, lightroom and a few other photographic utilities). I have my photo files saved in triplicate, with the exception of my l; AST 2 outputs.  Wise data I should be fine.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions. I want tro requirments rebuild the wi8th of Microsoft computing for a re authorization in mind. Also I'm not sure if I need to delete all data and reformat disks that have any executable.

Critical element in terms of licenses is the motherboard, if you change this, then you do not have the right to be re - authenticate the license.

The other setting used to be cumulative and it was not always clear when the licenses would fail. However, by this time the rule on the motherboard was not clearly defined so now we have this stated limitation then although other changes trigger a new authentication you will be able to do.

The fact that the exchange of the card has not solved the problem of network would indicate that it is not material. Yes serving drivers can be less easy, but it is more likely to have problems of Protocol if anything. The 32/64 bit point is irrelevant.

And Yes, I would like to start a new thread to allow the network to identify the issue of the guru.

  • problems after upgrading firefox. reset this is ugly. created the new profile, but can not recover data from old profile.

I use firefox on a MacBook pro. Mac OS X version 10.7.5. There was an update of firefox on a day or 2 ago. Since this was done, I was getting 'syntax error' 5 times, each time that a page has been loaded. Some research has suggested that an application or a plug-in called "social fixer" might be the problem but I could not understand how to get rid of it so decided to try to reset Firefox. Minutes passed and a message was on the screen saying the old files of firefox have been been "cleaned" or something, but it seems to be 'stuck' because the progress bar was little jerky. Doesn't it usually doesn't. So I clicked on "Cancel". After that, I couldn't even firefox to start. Looks like my profile is unavailable or inaccessible. Following the instructions found on the support site, I created a new profile and I thought I copied the files from the previous firefox on the new profile, but when I run firefox, it's a blank slate. None of my bookmarks or passwords are there. It must be here somewhere, but I can't seem to understand.

Looks like there was a problem with updating the profiles.ini file.

You can try to remove the current profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile where Firefox has not done that.
You can check if there is a profile folder with a number of attached time stamp and in this case, you can set the location of a profile created in this folder.

If you need to recover data from an older profile, always in the default location, or as a folder of old data of Firefox on the desktop then see:

  • Date system resets to 2002 after a stop during the night

I have a Dell Dimension 4550 with XP operating system purchased in 2002. Computer work fine except after having turned it off during the night resets date and time system in 2002. After resetting in the configuration screen, it will keep the date until I stop from one day to the next one up to 2002. The error message only in the file is The Core Services service AG could not start due to the following error. The system does not find the specified path, how can I fix this problem

When the system date and time are incorrect, then is a good indication that the battery on the motherboard needs to be replaced.

the battery from the motherboard is also known under the name of the cmos battery and the bios battery.

There are instructions on the net how to replace.

most of the time its pretty simple to replace and the battery can be purchased where they sell watch batteries.

You can remove the battery and get the model number or search for it in the manual of your computer or your manual online computers at its place of origin.

  • After reset, can the time change and the date even anyone help

Recently, I noticed that the date and time of office are not correct. After resetting the date and time, this happens again. I would appreciate any suggestions to help solve this problem

    Hello

you don't say if it is up to an hour and date as in 2007 etc past after turned off your computer, and then turn it back on at a later date

If so, this would indicate a battery CMOS failed in the motherboard

the battery maintains system settings when the computer is turned off

    they cost about $5

  • Is it possible to recover all the data after format win 7?

I think that I have to format my windows 7 because it might not work properly.

I can't access any data now.
    I have backups.
Can I got my data back after re installing windows 7?

Yes you can recover your data after formatting it, but ideally you should not do it this way because the process takes some time.

Download Ubuntu Live CD and you can boot Linux directly from the CD without losing all the data, then you can transfer your data on an external hard drive without losing anything.
The Live CD allows you to boot from the disk, and even if Windows does not work, your files are still there and are accessible using this method.
When you insert the Ubuntu disc, select "try Ubuntu without any change to computer"
Once you have made a backup of your files, you can reformat and reinstall Windows.
If you have already reformatted your drive, then download Recuva to recover your files.
