  I understand that you have purchased storage additional iCloud and your credit card has been charged, but you do not see that the storage has been added.  Have you received an email from Apple regarding this purchase?

  They are not deleted.  While in the Inbox: see tab | Message Filter button. Check to show all Messages, not Hide the Read Messages.

  Please right-click on any PDF on your system, then go to properties > under general, you will find "opens with". Here you will see 'change' option, by clicking on it, wil give you a window from which you can choose the Acrobat Standard XI as a default for PDF files.

  In my current project, some areas on the timeline can render in real-time, but others last much longer. Whenever I listen to excerpts, audio begins to play very well and then struck a wall, then play, then stop, etc.. It's maddening. My current workaround is to disable audio, full of the workspace and then reactivate the audio track. Unfortunately, even this does not always like a completely rendered timeline will sometimes still below drop in real time without obvious reason.   I used targa, .tiff, .png, and same openEXR multicoated, but none worked for me so far.

  I do it all the time. Make your sequence of images in a separate folder for each passage, use a number like bg_0001.tif format, go it to file > import and select any file in the folder and check the box image sequence, and then import.
