Dear Sir.

After having written so many times to the supportive care of the redemption customer, I am still without my problem is solved by HP.

My gifts are not sent to my registered email id and HP is trying to drive me crazy by claiming that they sent to my email ID.

HP may be that gifts were sent by them to my email id.? This kind of behvior shouldn't HP.

Customer service is the worst people they seek not to my question.

HP, it's cheating the people. They break the trust they build for so many years.

I ask you as promised to send all the gifts I have right for without takign me this case in consumer Court and HP refill strongly to frustration and reasons to cheat people.
