Redirect German Site (various)

I have a brand new computer win 10 Desktop. My old computer has Firefox, I signed in and ran a synchronization.

Now on the new computer I connect and it synchronizes and transfers all the stuff on. However! a lot of sites I navigate will German, .of (like YouTube or Dell).

I download the latest Version of Firefox (GB/UK English). I checked all the settings/location time etc & all set to the United Kingdom.
I don't have a VPN add in or anything.

MS edge on the new computer browser works fine no German sites.

Help, please.

Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

You can use websites like these to see how your location is indicated by a reverse search DNS of your IP address:

Thanks, I think that delete cookies "selected" got the job done, BTW, I used the scene to check, it shows me my Correct location.

In any case all works fine now. Thanks again.

    If you use Safari, force quit Safari and restart it by holding down the SHIFT key.  It works normally, but some redirects cannot be eliminated.

  • Firefox is redirect to sites other than the one clicked on.

    When you click on search sites by using the bar (address bar not) search, you are redirected to one site other than the one you clicked on. Here's what I do.  I have an access policy to my WRT330N, configured to block access to certain web sites.  Currently, trying to back up one of these sites showed the "forbidden" page Wrds.  I would like to have something a little more explanatory or redirect to a web site hosted on a computer on the local network.  Is this possible and if so, how?

    Replacing the WRT is not an option.

    If I'm not wrrong, you want to say is that you have already blocked certain Web site through your router, and when some try to access this site it should then order to your site, which you host it on your computer.

    If you think about it, then it is not possible through the Linksys router. If you have blocked some website of the Linksys router, and if someone tried to access to this Web site, it will always display them "forbidden".

  • Redirect a site detskop was not created with Muse to a mobile site with Muse.

    Hello.

    I just published a mobile Web site with Adobe Muse, for a client who in the past, I have created a Web site with detskop FreewayPro.
    Do not Redo the site detskop completely, was looking for a solution which would allow to redirect to the mobile site created with Adobe Muse to come once you type the address of the cell.
    Not knowing the code, there is a quick fix? Code redirectshere.
    Thank you, L.

    There are many scripts available on the web redirection, all code mobile redirection of google and you'll find plenty of examples to add to your desktop site. There is nothing that you can do in Muse for this because it needs to be done on your desktop site.

  • Redirecting to site after the widget is signed using REST API

    Hello

    I would basically users to aim at a widget EchoSign then back to our external site after the signing. I tried to use this:

    https://secure.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v2#resource_widgets

    to generate a widget with a redirect url, but I can't specify a widget I have already created. Instead, I'd give it two fields:

    'formFieldLayerTemplates' => array(
           'libraryDocumentId' =>MY_WIDGET_ID
    ),
    'fileInfos' => array(
           'documentURL' => array(
                'url' => 'PATH_TO_ORIGINAL_WIDGET PDF/test.pdf',
                     'name' => 'test.pdf'
           ),
    ),

    I use PHP fwiw.

    The widget looks ok for the first few pages, and then all the fields begin to be extinguished by a page. Looks like there should be an easy way to tell just the API to use the widget that I have already created the basis for all this.

    Is this possible?

    After the widget is signed, but techinically it isn't over until the user confirms their email also happens the redirection. Is it possible to set up the redirection at this time?

    Thank you!

    Hi James,

  • redirect a site to another

    Hello

    My sister asked me to help him with a Web site that she had made a few years ago. It's a site that has been designed in Flash (something I don't have a lot of knowledge) and wants to redirect the existing site to a Wordpress blog, it has put in place.

    The original web address is http://www.copywritercarolyn.com

    I tried to do with a .htaccess file, but it doesn't seem to be recognized (not sure if I was placing it in the right place on the server), and I also tried to do it using php.

    <? php header (' Location: http://copywritercarolyn.wordpress.com');  ?>

    and I tried.

    < META HTTP-EQUIV = "refresh" CONTENT = "0; URL =http://copywritercarolyn.wordpress.com//' > .

    but nothing seems to work properly, so I assume I'm doing something wrong. The last piece of code has worked up to a point, but there was a delay in forwarding users got a quick snippet of the original site before he took them to the new site.

    Can anyone offer any help?

    If your sister plans to keep the current hosted site where it is, you can create a page to redirect to his server and name it index.html (to replace the current domain name home page).

    This site has moved

    Please bookmark our new URL

    http://newDomain.com

    If you are not automatically redirected to our new site in a few seconds, please click on the link above.

    PS. replace all instances of http://newDomain.com your sister WordPress site.

  • Every second a link or I click on getting me to unwanted redirected Web sites, Ive tried all the antiwormspyware and it does not happen with Chrome or IE

    For the last few months since I've updated last Firefox when I do a search on google for the most part, but sometimes of other links too sometimes. I click on a link and more than half the time it redirects me to websites virus, pirates, games of chance or porn. Ive tried to find a worm or a malware with all known antivirus-antispyware programs, but nothing. I know it takes some malware or trojan but can you tell me are you aware of this and if so how can I get rid of him. I prefer to use Firefox for Chrome, but it can't on Chrome, so it must be a specific problem of Firefox

    It could be from a malicious add-on or 'search bar' which has installed without your permission. Check your add-ons to see if you have no matter what you do not recognize. Also, are you using any "bars," extra in addition to your navigation/menu/bookmarks bars? Sometimes adware disguised as research tools for your browser.

  • Web sites continue to flow upwards in German. How can I fix it?

    Most of the websites I'm sailing came to the German language format. The title may be in English, but the rest of the description is in German. My wife visits German sites to read German newspapers, but I don't want everything to be in German. What is the cause and how can I fix it?

    Your wife uses the same Mac user account?

    Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Firefox > Preferences > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Firefox > Preferences > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".
  • Web searches are redirected to OpenDNS. Cannot access these Web sites.

    This problem just started. Whenever I try to load a page (in this case Gamefaqs), I get redirected to this search engine called openDNS, saying that the site is not available. It has a link to the site, and whenever I clicked, it redirects me to this thing OpenDNS.

    I tried loading the page with the default browser of chrome on this phone, but also my laptop using firefox and chrome and have not experienced this problem. Yet the problem persists when you try to access the mobile site through firefox.

    I have tried clearing the cache, uninstall and reinstalling, yet the problem isn't resolved. I have done a virus scan, thinking it might be some form of malware that is hijacking my search engine. That all comes back clean.

    I've never heard of OpenDNS, nor have I allowed it to become my search engine. When I go into the settings of search engine, it does not appear, but he manages to keep hijacking of my searches on google and redirect me sites that work normally.

    Please help me.

    Hi SuperRup91, I was able to reproduce this problem on Firefox Mobile on a wi - fi network using OpenDNS. Queries for a single word for non-existent domains + by pressing the arrow go back a page of results of OpenDNS. Typing a search suggestion next to the icon of Google for the word, or by using a query of several given word of Google results. Unless you can change to a different DNS provider, I think you may be stuck with these options.

  • Why Sony can't organize their BAG pouches on their Web site as this electronics store German?

    http://www.Saturn.de/de/shop/Sony-action-cam-Zubehoer.html

    I don't know what type of organization you are talking about? What would you like to see? The Sony site allows you to organize by type of product or activity.

    http://www.Sony.NET/products/ActionCam/en-us/support/accessories/other.html

    And it seems that this German site of sale follows the Organization of Sony.

    Sony has used have sites of sales online, organized in the same way, but have achieved this and now leave it to independent retailers. They used to have same stores physical (at least in North America), but those closed too.

    Sony is mainly an engineering company, sales and not the best to support either, as we see here on their own product support site.

  • HOSTS file: How can I redirect on 1 site to another

    Hi, quick question, I'm trying to see how to redirect a site from its base? in its version secure / encrypted (and if it exists).

    There could be a secure version that still exist for a prefix: https://

    If not, do / automatic verification of that...

    for example, I (would try to show in google or yahoo, but they all seem both go automatically to https:// don't know if it's sites, or a setting on my pc..),

    These examples do not seem to work in the hosts file

    (are they correct / is there a work around so that they work)

    the following does not seem to work, but they exist when typed in manually.

    http://en.Wikipedia.org https://en.Wikipedia.org # note addition of "s" in https, thank you.
    http://www.Wikipedia.org/ https://www.Wikipedia.org/

    is it possible to automatically check all the sites to an encrypted version?

    for example:

    http:// https://

    You can not do with the HOSTS file. Server IP does not change when you switch to https.

    You need the HTTPS Everywhere | Electronic Frontier Foundation extension and a browser that supported. Firefox or Chrome. Note that it only works on sites that have an equivalent in https.
  • Redirect the http to https

    I use OS X Server with OS X 10.10.5 5.0.15.

    I have 2 domains pointing to the IP address of my machine OS X Server by using DNS.

    Users.NewSite.com and users.oldsite.com

    The configuration of the domain for the OS X Server machine is users.newwebsite.com

    It comes as the site server configuration and I also have a Web Server (SSL) site configuration as well.

    I have a configuration of the redirect for "Site Web Server" redirect to the website Server (SSL)

    This part does not work properly.

    The problem is with the second field.  If people type in users.oldwebsite.com they get an error message that the connection is not secure.  It seems that the browser is trying to redirect the http://users.oldsite.com to https://users.oldsite.com.

    I need all calls to http://users.oldsite.com to redirect to https://users.newsite.com

    Or really something starting with http://users. should redirect to https://users.newsite.com

    Is this possible with regex?  If so, what the expressions would look like?

    Website of the Apache and the documentation is the canonical source for more information on RewriteRule examples and examples of redirection, mod_alias and mod_rewrite.

    A slightly twisted example of the Apache documentation:

    < VirtualHost *: 443 >

    ServerName undesired.example.com

    ServerAlias example.com notthis.example.com

    Redirect ' / ' "https://www.example.com/".

    < / VirtualHost >

    < VirtualHost *: 443 >

    ServerName www.example.com

    < / VirtualHost >

    The second VirtualHost entry is for the host site for your choice, you will probably already have this present block in your configuration file:

    /Library/Server/Web/config/apache2/httpd_server_app.conf

    There are various examples and discussions of this publication autour of the ' net like this to StackOverflow.

    FWIW, newsite.com and oldsite.com are real and registered areas.
