  I recently buy the renovated site of Dell pro 7130.

  The Tablet is absolutely fine and works very well it was preloaded windows 8.1 pro version.

  But in this tablet, my camera does not work when I start windows's default camera app that it says please connect your camera. See nothing in Device Manager, I tried to manually switch the unit Imaging section but failed each time, I haven't updated all the latest drivers from Dell still no luck, also check that the camera is turned on in the BIOS.

  Can anyone please help and give me the driver for this device. or doe which means my camera died completely?

  NOTE: I copied on the steps of resolution here as well in case anyone wants to see it.

  Everyone has a glue on Earth how to contact Dell technical support? My Tablet has acted weird for a while, but now it is completely dead and the custom lights at all.   Reformatting the hard drive and reinstall windows 7 has done the trick. This really delete all the driver files! With a clean machine, I was able to install the printer without problem in Vista SP2 compatibility mode. Not only so, but the other two Windows 7 PCs on my network domestic also saw the printer and installed it.

  It seems that the uninstall utility doesn't work unless you install the drivers correctly. If, as many of us have done, the drivers are installed without using the compatibility mode there are some files that get somewhere the uninstall program cannot reach. I just checked the section of drivers from the support page and can find no reference to installation in compatibility mode, the Council States that it is compatible and install the Vista driver. Always if Dell puts in place all the information, it should would probably be no need for forums like this.

If I reboot or shutdown the Tablet without the power cable plugged in, it crashes on start/stop to a black looking screen as he stopped (but it isn't).
