  first of all, I bought this tablet January in 2015.

  I found this unit turns off by itself at 22% battery while it helps (about a month) and now it shuts down to 37% and more.

  in order to turn on, I need to plug.  If not, there is no way to run.

  In addition, one of my knowledge that the same problem has happened since subsequently used this tablet about six months ago. (so he did factory reset, but its still the same today.)  I guess that this tablet has technical difficulties.

  2 - update the BIOS

  3. allow the inactive tablet to check if the battery runs out.

  I recently had a problem with my headphones. The computer recognizes that I plugged but continues to use the external speakers and there is no noise coming through the headphones. I tried more than a pair of headphones and it still does not work. Computer restart worked once, but not anymore.

• Reference Dell place 8 pro (32 gig) camera problem

  Just recently received this nice camera for Christmas the year last December. In the first week or so of the use of the Tablet, the device has worked without any problems at all, but recently all trying to use the camera doesn't seem to work at all. Any time I try to use the app to default camera it will load properly (from what I can tell) but my screen becomes dark gray while the light near the front facing camera for shining beings. I can drag to the previous photos in my camera, but for the life of me am unable to take pictures with my tablet, I also tried to use other applications of the camera to see if there was something wrong with the preinstalled but app that didn't work and just systems equipment check showed that hard work was working properly. Does anyone have a fix for this at all?

  trying to remove driver was last updated in the driver image.  I had the same problem and that works for me.

  I found this thread on the venue Pro 8 and of connection to wireless networks / hot spots.  Try the suggestion in this thread and see if it helps.

  NOTE: I copied on the steps of resolution here as well in case anyone wants to see it.

  When sometimes, I had this problem, a deep discharge set: with power supply not connected, press the button of the Tablet for 30 or 60 seconds, including after the Tablet died;  Let the Tablet turned off for 2 minutes; and restart.  Have been informed by Support technique Dell that the cause is a buildup of static electricity, which avoids deep discharge.

• How to set up a USB Microphone and a headphone audio jack at the same time on Windows 7?

  I recently bought a CAD u37 USB microphone for use in various records and a commentator game on Youtube when I came across a problem. When I plugged the microphone all other sounds immediately extinguished and I couldn't hear the game. I tried to unplug and re - plug in the headphones and the microphone, even play with no helmet without result.

  I did some research and found out it's because the microphone is automatically configured for audio input and output and the card sound/headset, not having a configuration. I've recently considered buying a $5 female jack audio converter USB to work around this problem.
  Will this work, or just be a waste of money? Are there simpler solutions like a flick of a switch of audio control panel configuration? Are there any programs that will allow me to configure the audio and input output? Is it still possible? Thank you!

  I suggest you try to connect USB female to the converter audio jack, this should help to solve the problem with simultaneous USB microphone and audio input jack using headphones.

  Everyone has a glue on Earth how to contact Dell technical support? My Tablet has acted weird for a while, but now it is completely dead and the custom lights at all. Previously, I got past pressing buttong for 10-15 minutes sometimes and then after a while it just turns itself off again. So now it's offshore and dead.

• Reference Dell place 11 Pro shipping disappointment

  I am writing this primarily to express my frustrations and I hope that someone at Dell will take notice because I think to complain to someone on the phone at Dell will fall on the deaf ears and will be a waste of time.  It seems that we, the consumers are at the mercy of Dell and for me, this is unacceptable.

  A bit of history.  I ordered a Dell coming Pro 11 the day where he was available to order (11/8).  I had a few changes, I had to make to the order, remove their extended maintenance guarantee and remove the stylus and the keyboard - no change in reality have been made to the tablet itself.  This has been done on 11/11.  I never received a confirmation email from Dell telling me when should I expect my 'New' order, but I have received an order number of the person that I spoke, which was the only way I could follow the command.  The 'new' had a date of expected delivery of 12 to 18.  It seemed reasonable to me and I was happy to wait and excited.

  In the meantime, I started to order accessories - screen protector and a 64 GB MicroSD in preparation for the arrival of my tablet.  18 I still had not received my being shipped order notifications and Dell sent an email about why, or when I would expect it.  I had received SEVERAL phone calls indicating that the order was in production and should be here 12/18.  I think that on the 18th or 19th I checked the Dell order support site to see that the issue had been delayed until 02/01/2014.  I was shocked... and spoke to the person who asked me the prescription being in production about why it had not been shipped.

  The 2nd came and went, and still, only, I received a phone call from the rep of Dell indicating the order had been pushed back to 9, then on the 9th, declaring that it had been postponed until the 16th.  This morning I checked the Dell support site to be notified that the scheduled delivery date is 01 23, 2014.

  I canceled the order this morning because I don't think I, or someone else should wait indefinitely for their order to arrive once his promised summer unnecessarily.  The "estimated delivery date" is a joke and does not reflect exactly any time in which the order could actually ship.

  Looking on the Dell website, you can order a Tablet Dell place 11 Pro with the 16/01/2014 estimated shipping date all the way until 06/02/2014 depending on the type of Tablet that you choose.  I know I'm not the only one who had this problem and I hope that more people shut up someone at Dell reviews and change the way they do business.

  I work in the COMPUTER industry and I am highly disappointed by Dell.  For now I'll only order Dell hardware for the company I work for. However, we will have to reassess these orders as well.

• HP m7160n the front audio jack problem

  I am running Vista Home on my PC Media Center m7160n.  I used to be able to plug my headphones into the front audio jack and it would reduce the rear speaker output.  Now it doesn't!  I entered the sound properties and is set to turn off the rear socket, when the system detects a card into the front socket.  The helmet still works, but I need the speakers off when using the headset.  I hope this is enough information.

  It's weird and looks like the jack-detect is not working properly. This problem just started happening? It happened after installing anything, even a Windows Update?

  If it just started happening, you can try to perform a restore of windows to an earlier point when it was operating normally. Or you could try to re - install the driver audio or even install a updated audio driver. Who should take care of it, and if not you may need to make some configuration changes in one of the sound properties (Windows or Realtek).

  I see that you have Vista, you accidentally upgraded to Vista XP?

  What headphones do you recommend for Inspition 15 3000 series PC laptop? I have big problem with Plantronics with unfortunatelly and USB connector (it was excellent for many laptops up to now) the same with Logitech. I found very uncomfortable to use a connecton for microphone and headphones.

  Inspiron 15 3000 series may refer to the model Inspiron 15 3542. If your model is the 3542, it has an audio jack headphone single (combo) that accepts a type of smart phone to the headset. The type has a unique segmented 4 taken (TAKEN) that combines the two headphone and headset plugs into a single outlet.

  Your laptop also ordinary (without microphone) helmet allows a standard taken 3 segmented (TRS).

  Do not take offense, but I can't understand what you're asking. You have a Plantronics usb headset that plugs into a port usb, but makes you uncomfortable with the only one taken audio input of your laptop? Perhaps you could phrase that in a different way.

  It seems I have disable Wi - Fi by the 'switch' itself or in "Airplane" mode, it of a pain to get and my hand "disable WiFi together, then re-enable joggin WiFi market til it seems take I'm trying to turn it back on." I am just trying to turn it off to save the battery immediately, but is this normal? A suite fix will come because i ' ts a pain at the moment.

  I have not tried the audio but I thought the problem with WiFi, put up-to-date are you tablet with all the venue of dells 8 pro drivers and software, if he says the driver or software is newer than what is installed to cancel this installer and move on to the next.   Success! I bought the USB - OTG cable and connected an external HARD drive to the gadget via it - with interfaces USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 as well as with external and internal energy sources. They worked with Total Commander and Paragon plugin for download for free from the Google set. I suppose that a peripheral keyboard will work also. Great device!

  Saturday, I turned off my Tablet and let it charge all night while I was sleeping. Sunday, when I turned on and tried to play Candy Crush Soda, a pop up instantly is came in saying that the application has stopped working. I continued to try to get but the coming notification. I gave up and tried the other Candy Crush. She appeared too "stopped working". I thought that I just left the internet signal before it finished updating the apps and everything would be fine, once I was connected again. Especially, since my word search app worked perfectly.

  Later that day, I came into the range of connection and updated applications and I was able to use other applications, but eventually app after app begins to burst "stopped working" (including keyboard), which really struck me as odd since I was on any of the failing applications. I tried to see if there are updates or be it in GooglePlay, but then it stopped working. Thinking nothing of it, I simply turned off, waited and then turned back on it. She appeared to top the Dell logo, but before the colors came he flashed and the Dell logo then comes on again, the colors flashed, then he started again. He never gave me the start screen. Market the night I tried to see if it would behave finally. He did it when I connected it to my computer, but the pitcher was not.
