refund/cancellation of membership

I've only had the student member of cloud adobe for 30 days. I tried to cancel the membership and now I just had $21,27 for next month. I have seen that you can cancel within 30 days and so I shouldn't be charged. Want a refund and assurance that my subscription is cancelled. Please, I beg you!
