refund/cancellation of membership
I've only had the student member of cloud adobe for 30 days. I tried to cancel the membership and now I just had $21,27 for next month. I have seen that you can cancel within 30 days and so I shouldn't be charged. Want a refund and assurance that my subscription is cancelled. Please, I beg you!

Your flow of user of customer service is terrible, that it puts users in a loop, with the only other being post here in your publicly visible forums. If your company wants to instill a positive public image that is difficult to overcome with these expensive applications, do not impossible for clients to communicate directly with the human-assistance teams. I would like to cancel this membership.
I tried several years out of this run endless around the automatic renewal. I never remember to sign up for it, and since I don't have a company, I see no need for this. When I had the company I've seen have need for it. You just take money from my bank account each month when I least expect it. I can never get a refund and when I call the number provided, I can never get a representative. It's a nice way for you to earn money, but to be honest, I think it's just legal extortion.
