Refund of Adobe

I bought a product that appears as "Acrobat" for $139. The purchase will appear on my credit card statement while he has known:

I spent four hours trying to install the product and when this does not work, get a refund. It seems that the process of refund from Adobe requires that the product is first installed. Adobe refuses to provide any sort of phone support and insists on one chat support. I wonder if someone can tell me how to get rid of this thing and get my money back. I am so angry I want to switch to a different provider PDF Adobe. Is my only option a charge back via society of credit card or for action at our premises in small claims court?

    Refund agreed via chat 1 day after failed due to my OS is not not big enough for the new download package for photoshop elements.

    IM finding this attitude and customer service of such a large company extremely time consuming and frustrating.

    Hey. I am a student who bought the Adobe Creative Cloud student and teacher package on August 22, 2013. From the day I bought the subscription until 22 August 2014 (1 year), Adobe charged me $ 21.76 per month - which is what I agreed.     My problem is I bought a code on a site of the Dutch school called slim.nl and when I tried to enter the given code it says code already used. (that was after 2 months I bought it)

    I did not code as far as I know in this time. No one knows my account on the Dutch website. I could try to reinstall creative cloud, but even on my adobe account it says my subscription has expired. then what should I do? request a refund or adobe can help me understand this.

    Adobe first Elements 13 is listed as $79.99 (alone) or WITH Adobe Photoshop elements 13 for $119.99 (for both). I bought 13 items first by itself for $79.99.   Now, I realize that I need the 13 elements of Photoshop also.My question is: can I put the $40 more (purchase price of $119.99 in combination) to buy the 13 elements of Photoshop? Or do I have to pay the price of $79.99 (yet) to buy the 13 elements of Photoshop?There is no option to upgrade on the website of the $40 more purchase price (which would be equivalent to the original price of combination $119.99) after I bought the first 13 items only ($79.99).

    This isn't Adobe. Instead essentially a user to user forum.

    Suppose you bought the items 13 as a download from Adobe first.

    Adobe sells more than 13 Photoshop or Premiere elements 13 elements. He sells only the latest version now (v14).

    If you bought the first 13 elements download Adobe over the last 30 days, you should be able to request a return/refund from Adobe. I do not know how he would deal with an Exchange because it sells more than 13 - May 14 deal might be involved? Just in case you are eligible, Contact Customer Care

    And, if you bought elsewhere (from an authorized dealer), you are governed by the policy of return/refund/exchange of the authorized dealer, not Adobe direct.

    But if you are not within 30 days of the purchase, you'll probably eventually find a dealer authorized to buy Photoshop elements 13, although it is still available.

    Many scenarios here, but you should have business with Adobe on this if it goes back to the purchase of Adobe. If this isn't a direct purchase from Adobe, your fate is up to the dealer.

  • Quality of frame rate is low when my Xbox has recorded video on Adobe Premiere elements 13

    Whenever I try to import a record Collection Master Chief, it comes out all the glitch in the search. I record with my HD PVR 2 games Ed Pro at 1920 x 1080 p 60 FPS, but with this capture card, it is able to record to it, but then falls the FPS up to 30 images/s after you save the file.

    The video is seem to have problems with the framerate. When I look at my images recorded on Windows Media Player, it plays very well. No no tear, no problems with the pace. The fades of when you die to the screen goes black and then spawn yours isn't looking for lag. But when I put in the first 13 items, quality decreases enormously.

    I have visited several page layouts. I tried. 1920 x 1080 p MP4 and YouTube HD 1920 x 1080 p 30 fps. None works well. Even after doing a quality test and download to YouTube to see if that fixes it, it still has the problem. I also tried to lower the FPS, and none of them does not seem to work.

    I was told that it had to do with the fact that Adobe can't handle 60 FPS, but when I got the trial he worked for Forza (running 1080 p 60 FPS on Xbox as well). The only other video I tried so far on my purchased version is The Crew, but running at 30 FPS.

    In addition, another problem is that the audio is disabled. But it's something else that I don't notice after registration. It's as if the software can not handle this record at all. Can I get a refund from Adobe (I bought at a discount of $30 about 2 weeks, return on their website) and get their latest version? Although I don't really want to get a monthly test. Or I have to change the settings in my recording studio?

    You can make a copy of the original project and see if what follows is a quick way to the question...

    Click on the file where you have your video and audio related and select unlink video and Audio on the shortcut menu.

    With audio selected, hold down ALT on the main keyboard to the computer, and press the arrow key right or left. Each tap of the arrow will push the audio 1 frame. If you press the Shift + Alt of the main keyboard to the computer and press the right or left arrow key once, every tap of the arrow will push the audio frames 5.

  • Adobe Acrobat (OEM/bundled?) questions

    We have several old Dell PC that has Adobe Acrobat 6-8, which is installed by Dell (I guess that's a style OEM license).  But in reading the EULA, I can't find any mention of OEM or whatever it is.  Is it really copies OEM?  We received the actual CD of Acrobat with computers.  As we begin to decomission these older machines, we have two questions-

    1 can we install these copies of Acrobat on recent PC, or are they really OEM and stick with the machine which is now aging outdoor and unnecessary, and

    2. can we use these licenses as a basis for upgrade licenses to Acrobat X on new machines?

    As far as I know, there is a difference in the number of computers , you can install it, or the possibility to move from one system to the other...

    Regarding the second question, you're probably fine, but only Customer Support Adobe could answer with certainty.

    Worst case, you can order upgrades and then if they do not work for any reason that you might just make it under 30 days refund policyof Adobe.

    You have to raise hell to get changes.

    Lets see if Adobe will do something about these issues...

    I thought that Adobe created "beta" for a reason - to smooth out all of the kinks before they put out the disc. Nope.

    I waited for them to put updates on many issues since I bought the drive about a month ago... Still waiting Adobe!

    It's awful to look at my photos take literally 4-5 minutes to open.  Worse still, is the time it takes to record Photoshop CS5 in Lightroom - I timed it 14 min. FOR a PHOTO!

    I feel like the old time, when I made video - went out for coffee and came back to find the rotation of the wheel of death still turn.

    Oh, and I learned to speak in India today too! 3.5 hours - with no resolution to my problems.

    Susheel consulted my computer remotely - seen my catalog - see 73 000 images and request "are you a photographer?  REALLY?  Did you REALLY just ask me that Susheel?

    Why I HATE Lightroom 3 - Let me count the ways:

    1 adobe closed their technical support in Portland (I mentioned several times, and ALWAYS had my issues resolved.)  They always went above and beyond the Protocol - and we are sitting here and wonder why the U.S. economy hangs), now you have an anonymous person in India or the Philippines (which have no extension, no email, no even a direct line so when you sit on a call to 3.5 hours and must remind you start all repeatedly...) Dear Adobe - we live in 1980? You are suppose to be a LEADER in technology. 

    I am morally against outsourcing, my work is all about the death of American industrial capitalism.  In a time when the United States are in crisis, Adobe is working on moving things out of the USA.  I am outraged - you can't find someone in the US EVEN IF YOU TRIED!  The best I could do was to speak to someone in sales-wow. What makes say - of the American "well look and sound good to sell our product, but when it comes to something as technology advanced using the product and troubleshooting, we prefer to use someone without extension in another country.

    2. they don't offer support for anyone who is running on a network (they expect professionals to work off their 'c' drive or the internal hard drive to the Mac.  HA!

    3. they continued to blame my network - although my network doesn't work well, there is no limitation of access, will open directly in photoshop just fine (and fast!), absolutely worked perfectly in Lightroom 2... Yes, it's the network, riiight.
    4 Lightroom 3 is corrupt files when opening in Photoshop CS5 - if I get the chance to open
    5. when I get a photo open, it loses its filters once re-recorded in Lightroom (I sort my photos to help me navigate through the masses)-it's really bad to my workflow. When I shoot 800 images in the studio in one day - I DON'T want to go back and fish around to find a modified version that has lost its flag...

    6. I have been promised to receive a phone call 'next week' because there is no extension can I call to move forward.  I'll keep you updated - allow you to know if Anthony keeps his word.  He couldn't tell me who was going to call me, or when, but he "assure" me going to happen.

    Yes, it's always for lack of anyone else. It's never because they made a stupid decision to buy before making absolutely sure that the software will work for them.

LR is marketed not not like a PRO TOOL, it is sold as a tool for the average to the level hobby photographer.  It's also huge appeal to the market pro is a happy accidentally-on-purpose thing... but to rebuke people who do not feel it is their job to troubleshoot a commercial app is completely unreasonable... but more the American consumer is the largest group of beta tester on the planet... I wonder how our counterparts from the EU are fairing as ironically, they have consumer protection laws more severe... try to push a product of shit out in the German market. Hey-Hey, yes good luck with that.

    In fact, I would say that this isn't the worst software that adobe has ever pushed the door, but perhaps the worst photography software that they never sent as RTM.  Many, many associated PDF apps and utils actually could be worse and we will get in what they have done in Flash and Dreamweaver after this acquisition.  The closest analogue to you, I can see if that what is arrived at the products Norton post Norton bought by Symmantec.

    However, I am willing to give time to Adobe at this address because they did not have ready RC almost immediately.  If they did?  No way, but maybe fans put marketing patches and company in the position where he was to meet the release date, even if the problems were discovered in the pipeline already and that there would be a period of 3 to 9 weeks before the issues have been resolved for the most part.  But they did well, even those who ran the beta ran the 30 - day trial found no issues because they simply has not used this part of the program enough bugs to manifest their effects insofar as you the user realize something weird happens.

    I'm too excited so beyond belief that I depend on LR for my company, I can however work around it for a while, but I don't make any money as a photographer I use photography for my business issues, while causing huge levels of frustration, are not fatal... yet... as far as I know is I don't want to not come back to LR2.7 because I've done so work onLR3 / LR3.2RC already and the tools are indeed higher in LR3.x... When they work, and that's the rub.  So are many here say those who have these bugs affecting their income/workflow bought in this to save time and to leverage the jouississez NR/sharpness and I mean improved adjustment tools.  I do not use profiles of lens to all really so nothing special for me here.

    I have a question... I'm sure this has been asked and we answered but, eh, why not one more time because research is so "haaaard.

    but this problem affects all types of files?  I'm shooting DNG but can pass to PEF if necessary and convert import, but would rather just shoot DNG.  I'm not ready to move to the JPG format, because if I have to I have giving up too much control over my images, so I would like to LR2.7.

    In addition, what Camera RAW versions have been used in the beta and what versions are used with LR3.  I know that I've upgraded to ACR6.2 (?), or whatever the latest version.  I understand there are a ton of factors at play in these bugs but I doubt ACR is like my ancient version PS CS3 of Photoshop has no problems, of course, it uses the old version of ACR 4.6 (?) once again sorry I forgot which version exactly but it is trivial and can be determined.

    I love LR because I don't need the advanced features of PS all that often, PS is always a pleasure tool to have a backup for complicated plans if I don't have time to really go into it I would like to...

    But in general I guess I'm saying, Adobe had to know in advance the LR3 original RTM because they have ready RC almost instantly.  Of course, previous versions of LR also had the same experience a few that bugs were, well, not too powerful I guess.  I was happy with LR since the 1.x versions, but this version is painful to support... and I I posted previously I don't live with the people of refund from Adobe, likely personal off-supported who receive bonuses to talk about customers to get a refund, I will simply place a stop payment with Mastercard... that's why I use, so I don't have to leave businesses to waste my time wading through their paperwork.  And btw, Adobe knows that the client will WIN any chargeback because this piece of evidence of a known to be defective product was sold to the consumer and the customer can even the mfg to address the problem that only they have failed to provide timely.  So, if you're not happy just "go to the mattresses"... use the hammer of chargeback.  The bonus is any chargeback to the consumer cost the retailer, Adobe in my case, $35 when they lose...

    Hello, a few days, I registered an account and choose the 'Photographer' plan, I see a 'Get 10 free images in the first months' promotion and I want to try it.

    Yesterday, I tried to find some images, tried to download to see the works of promotion, I background image, there are only 3 buttons:

    -Record a clip on computer

    -Find similar

    I thought that it is free for the first month, so I clicked on 'License & Save to Computer', but then I was charged £95.

    I was very shocked, tried to contact support, but yesterday they told me to wait 24 hours, today I discuss it again and they told me "no refund for Adobe Stock external license.»

    I thought that I have 10 free images, but now I've lost £95, this money is very big for me, I don't know why this is an external license.

    Please help me, please show me a way, a link, or someone I can contact to talk about me!

    Unfortunately, the dealer is responsible to sell you a valid license - your best bet is maybe to get a refund.  Adobe does not sell older versions of their products and are not responsible for third party sales.
