    Unfortunately, there are a few accounts billed twice this month and we are in a process to repay the amount. I don't know if your account falls into this category, or due to the reason for which different.

    I suggest you wait 5-7 days and see if the amount is credited, if not then you can contact our billing for the same service.

    my little brother just spent all his money to purchase game Eid "which actually had good reviews" and turns out they were all crashing the second he's trying to play!

    You you should also try some basic troubleshooting steps, in the case that the problem is with the device, rather than the games.

    To Reset: press and hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10 to 20 seconds).

    Holiday, a member of the hotel staff accidentally poured water on my iPhone 6. The hotel agreed to reimburse me for to repair the screen includes Misty and it will not load. My phone is covered by the AppleCare + 9 months and a claim, he left.     I didn't know where to post this, but I bought some currency in the game on an injustice called game on my iPhone 5 s. I was billed twice for the latter and was missing a refund for duplicate charges.     I got my Bango Bill today, saying that I have won $146,60. In my view, that there is a low number. I had 160 sales @ mainly $2.99, the last 50 or so at $1.99. This gives: $328.90 + $99.5 = $428,40. I know that RIM take 20% so unless = $299,88. I also know that in Europe, the tax is 20% too. I got that about 65 sales to the United Kingdom, then $38,87 off $299,88 = $261,01.   It's about more than the original $146,60... don't you think? Where is the rest? Could someone help me to work on what I need to know?

  • Need refund - no download not provided with blackBerry smartphones

    Bought an App 3 days ago (QuickLaunch). Never received a download. My world error "to purchase. Despite this, I have a billing invoice indicating that I paid through PayPal successfully. I spent 3 hours trying to get an acceptable download. No luck. I have v2 of the App World is not a problem to upgrade. Nowhere on the site of BB App World they indicate who to contact or how to get a refund. I checked these forums and many posts direct to Digital River Conditions for a refund, the link that the T & C takes you for refunds, that is, BlackBerry.com/AppWorld/support, ideally broken (404 File not found). I spoke with NikkiSoft (the developer). Their suggestion is to ask for a refund and investigation through PayPal. I did 3 days. The BB App World and Digital River do not take into account PayPal and me. Anyone have any suggestions? Needless to say, I've always will buy other than BB App World somewhere in the future.

    Has nothing to do with not to follow the process. Everyone involved in the transaction except BB App World confirms that I bought with success. (BTW: the purchase transaction was not performed on the BB, he did to my desktop.) Problem is that BB App World blocks re - the about of course DL, the DL and my BB does not, and uses the VZW network. Problem is that App World doesn't let me re - DL (not a carrier issue). Don't know why, but I believe that they don't think I paid. (PayPal both the developer think otherwise.) Sent same developer activation code post purchase.) A claim has been filed with PayPal and he's working his way through the process. In the meantime, the developer made good on that and provided a way for me to get the app in Mobihand gratis. Worked perfectly first time. I have more than 30 purchases from Mobihand across several devices. Never a glitch and never had a problem re - DL'ing on their part I'm done with BB App World. Digital River has been remarkably quiet throughout (even if PayPal claim is against them). Fortunately, the developer has a culture focused on the client.

  • Help understand the Double billing for the same product on the same account

    Recently, I realized that I make double charge on my account from creative cloud for the same exact items charged to the exact same credit card. In addition, I must say that I had two accounts still somehow. It is because I have lost access to the associated e-mail account and do could not connect. When I talked to Adobe at this time there they notify that I have create a new account with a new email, I did. That being said, every month for almost a year I was charged $31,79 and the new account as well. (I admit I'm not very good about checking all my automatic subscriptions online monthly but supposed to Adobe as a company highly and popular, could do things). I called and the first representative I spoke with today understands the problem and transferred to me for a refund, however once transferred, the representative was not only do not understand but rude and gave me a refund for 6 months. As of today, they canceled the account I have not used and me be charged twice a month for but only paid 6 months more than 12 months of double billing. The representative tried to tell me he was doing me a favor because I wasn't in charge of normal early termination fees. It has become so confusing and so I did at that moment that I said I would get more help here in the forums...

    1. I'm trying to understand why in the world they would even charge me a cancellation fee when I was clearly NOT cancellation of an account, just to make a change, which was made according to the way which they charged me and, of course, who they do not now recognize?

    2. How can I reload the same exact account for exactly the same product with activation of the said product as a single computer, and no other user (not to mention that I just used the product)?

    On January 16, 2016, I tried to purchase 1 license for a stock of video under my creative cloud account.

    On the first try, I was redirected to the homepage with the message: "year error has occurred, please try again."

    So I tried again and once more. All the 3 times I got the same message.

    Half an hour later, my credit card company called me, saying that my card had been blocked because of suspicious transactions.

    Turns, 3 orders had been processed and my credit card was billed 3 times.

    I called the same day Adobe support and promised video 2 undesirable would be cancelled and I would like to be reminded to set a refund.

    Two things didn't happen, so I cancelled the 2 licenses myself in my account.

    In a following chat session, I was again promised that I would get a refund for video 2.

    Since 16 January, I had 10 and 2 phone calls with the support team chat sessions (I saved transcripts of these chat sessions).

    In each of these sessions, I was promised you contacted in 24 hours (or 2-3 business days, depending on the employee).

    Basically, I'm pushed and get promises over and over again for 45 days now, but nothing has been resolved.

    More than a week, I called headquarters in my country (NL) to help me move forward.

    They gave me an e-mail address, on which I wrote the above statement. So far, no one has contacted me.

    I was patient and polite all the time and so very frustrated because I just want my money.

    Please help me get this settled.

    Refund has been processed and you will receive the funds within 3-5 days.
