  • Office Jet 6500 E710n-z will not print black even just replace the cartridge with a new one.

This is the 3rd time having problems on "black" even printing ink isn't empty (but the level is low, like a quarter left).  In the previous cases, I replaced the cartridge and the problem resolved.

The 2nd time was last week.  After I changed the cartridge, it worked (for only 1 week) and the problem is back.  As the ink is full this time and it worked fine when I just changed it, I suspect it is the problem of my printer instead of the cartridge.

I did clean the print head and align the print heads, but the problem persists.  Please advice solution.  Thank you!

I hope that the printhead has no need replace. I would like to look at this document on faulty production for your printer model.  I know some steps here mentioned you already make. Please just read / ignore those and try the ones you have not yet completed.  It presents various ways to clean the print head; If you have just done the cleaning of the box tools, I'd defiantly that manual. It also has a ride to make sure that the product firmware is up-to-date.  Here is the link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02455482

    I hope this helps.

  • B210e printer works but allow me to replace the cartridges

I used the B210E printer all in one for a while with no problems, however, I went to replace an ink cartridge and when I opened the access it would'n align to Center so can't remove and replace.  The printer is working so the ramasseherbe doesn't work.

Thanks for your reply. I watched your looking and studied your answers without any reference to this problem in case of problems. I have no problem changing the cartridge, but after the opening of the access door, the transport will not to allow me to actually replace the cartridge.

  • HP 7510 quit black impression after replacing the cartridge

My HP 7510 showed the message of low black ink - polygon.  Once replaced by the new black cartridge slowly disappeared to nothing and will not copy or print anything in black.  My colors will be printed again. There is no low ink message.

Was able to find another post with a solution.  I cleaned the cartridge heads. Well, I thought that my husband had already done this.

  • Photosmart 6515 does not print black ink after replaced the cartridge

I am very frustrated! I can't get my Photosmart 6515 print black ink.

Our school sends the documents by e-mail now that we have to print at home. Ideal for them, but not for me. They are usually in PDF format, so I do not have the ability to edit and change the blue color to print, either.

I only use HP cartridges on this printer. I know it's more than a year, in order to call phone support will do no good.

I replaced both cartridges and now it shows black ink completely full, but when I print the printer status report, black is not displayed. Black does not appear on the tool pages, either.

I tried the command "clean printhead" several times. I unplugged and waited. I took all the cartridges. Connections look clean.

What should I do to perform a partial reset or full?

  • Does not print even after replacing the cartridges refilled with geniune ones.

    HP Officejet 8600 more all-in-one. Win 7 and 8.1

We recently had some inkjet cartridges recharged at the shop [personal information deleted]
Overland Park Kansas. They worked for a few days then our printer started to show error messages. Since then, we replaced each cartridge with a brand new black cartridge genuine HP, but our printer no longer works. I was wondering what kind of recourse do we have. We were happy with Costco over the years, but we hope that we don't end up having to buy a new printer. We also provide this letter to HP to see what options we have. Thank your for your quick response.

Thanks for the information. "With this error, I suggest following the actions suggested in this troubleshooting guide: "Printer failure"Message may include a ' 0x610000f6" or "0x61xxxxxx" error Code appears on the printer.

Since your error has an error code, you want to follow the second option in the document. I would like to know what are the results with as many details as possible.

  • Problems after replacing the cartridge

    Hello

I have a problem with my all-in-one HP Photosmart C3180. Recently, I replaced the black cartridge with a new one and now I can't print or copy more because it shows a problem with the cartridge three colors (it has not been replaced).

What happens is that the red error led and the led (the one near the color copy button) color cartridge still flashing. It does not accept any input print and everytime I turn on the printer it will begin what is called "align cartridge" (printing paper with a few lines on this subject).

Is that what I can do in addition to the replacement of the two cartridges at the same time? I never had this problem before.

    Thank you for your time,

    Alin.

    Hello, AXN

Unfortunately, you must have the color cartridge to print. I noticed that some printers can still use the scanner if you also need that. You can always try, but it might give an error when you try to print.

Let me know if the replacement cartridge solves your problem.

  • Want 4500 All in 1: replace the cartridge when its brand new

Replace the black cartridge that came with it initially with a 61 new Staples Black.  Now the display shows "the following ink cartridge needs to be replaced" and there the symbol for black. I've sat down and reinstall the cartridges, cleaned the contacts on the new cartridge (which was probably stupid) but I followed the HP instructions in the manual, cleaned the internal contacts of copper, it turned on and off as described, plugged into a surge protector and not in one, and I still got the same message.  It's not real comforting on the first change of ink.  Now what?

Welcome to the HP community @45001,

I saw your post on the ink cartridge error message your craving 4500 poster and wanted to say with my suggestion. I saw that you tried all the troubleshooting steps and because the error has not been erased, I now suggest you contact HP to see on a replacement printer to solve the problem.

I hope this helps, click on the thumb to below testify of my answer, and then click "Accept as Solution" if I helped you to find a solution to this problem.

  • OfficeJet 6310 tricolor cartridge (93/95) stops working after replacing the cartridge of black and white (92)

OfficeJet 6310.  Brand new problem.  This morning my 92 black (right) went dry and as soon as I replaced it the printer said my tricolor is bad.  With the 95 the printer now shows "left cartridge needs to be replaced" and with the 93 the printer now shows "cartridge not intended for this printer."  There is no point at all.  Restarting, cleaning the contacts and heads, nothing seems to work. The cartridges are HP OEM fresh out of the blister, no refills.  I used the 93 both cartridges lights 95 alongside 92 black for a few years.  Foreigners have infected my printer.  Anyone have any ideas?  Someone two days ago posted basically the same problem with their so 5740 printer.

    1. remove all the cartridges and turn the printer off

2 unplug the printer and wait a minute

3 press and hold the # and 9 while plugging in the power cord from back in.

    4. wait a few seconds, and then press the power button.

    5. the display should read 'Full Reset to Null'

6 only install the color cartridge.  Close the cover

    7. wait for the machine to ask for black cartridge, then open the cover and install black cartridge.

    8. close the lid

9 alignment page be printed automatically.

  • HP Deskjet 3520: My HP Deskjet 3520 won't print black after replacing the cartridge

I just replaced all my ink cartridges in my HP DESKJET 3520 printer (it's wireless).  It prints fine colour, but not black.  I tried to clean the print head, align the cartridges, check the intake on the cartridges.  I have also just opened another black cartridge, thinking maybe my new was defective.  So now, I've just lost a cartridge.

so frustrated! My printer is more than a year now.  So not guaranteed.  When I click on the printer ink levels, he is grateful I have full cartridges - but is not printing in black at all.

FYI, never heard of anyone in case HP. himself seems to have resolved the day after. Now my black ink cartridge works.

  • I just replaced the black cartridge on my HP Officejet 6310 printer and get a message that I need to replace the cartridge. What is the problem?

Officejet 6310 printer will not print.

Again - the cartridge and DATED?  Did you remove all plastic covering the nozzle before insert?  Have you read in the Quick Installation Guide that you have when you first set up the printer?

If still no joy and it's a genuine HP cartridge, contact HP and get them to replace it.
