I would like to see Windows XP a file encrypted in the 7.But, I of Windows notes that only the texts in Greens and a folder. I don't see the encrypted folder.
I ask how to see the contents of this folder? Thank you!

You back up your encryption keys? If you do not, you can try to check with Elcomsoft (link below) to see if they can help you. If this isn't the case, then the data are lost.

I seem to have problems with Windows Mail, perhaps caused by the update KB978542 and/or run the program WMUtil.

One of my Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 64-bit machines, whenever I try to start Windows Mail, it displays 0x800C0155 error message, then a message saying that he was unable to start because MSOE. DLL could not be initialized.

The other has problems of material type instead: it's a laptop with no mouse and no reliable connection to the internet.

On my Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 32-bit machine, I can start Windows Mail, but most local issues have disappeared - only the Inbox is visible.  I already checked that subdirectories for the other files are still present.

All three of these machines have had problems of backups for months and have had no successful backup for the last two months.

I have trouble finding enough information about Windows Live Mail without having to install this program if it could avoid these problems or just make it worse.

For some tab part of reason is of type int is no longer visible the properties of folders. The other tabs (general, security, previous Versions, customize) are still there.

I have spent hours searching all over for a solution and tried several but none have worked yet.
    Thanks for any help.
    It's really frustrating.

First thing, I looked for. The "Share With" was not there either. Abandoned and went the long way on this subject for that to be resolved more quickly.

A disk image backup, re-installed Windows 7 and found the ntshrui.dll keys in the registry and it has exported to my office. Restore the disk image and import the key in my registry.
All back to normal now. Tab share is present. Problem solved.

  • How to work around the permissions of files in Windows 7?

    Hi all

Just try the Windows 7 RC, it seems that Microsoft made security a little too anal retentive system.

I setup Win7 with me as an administrator, I have the single user account on the operating system, so logically I should have administrator
Access to all files, well, so last night I tried to drag the files from one folder to another, I get a message saying that 'I need administrator permissions to perform the task", or something like that, he asks me if I want to continue, I click on"continue"and then I get a message saying
'Access denied', even though I am the administrator, I go through the process of creating the file and folder permissions to give me access, everything looks good, so I try dragging the files again, with the same exact results, it seems like the OS completely ignores the settings.

It is an absolute royal pain in the you-know-what to try to unravel in Windows 7, Windows XP is much friendlier in this regard.

I think that Microsoft should seriously rethink this.

Other than that, I love Windows 7, compatibility issues seem to be resolved, I can run XP software, some of my devices have drivers written for XP, but I seem to be able to use them, I couldn't do this in Vista.

Did you try to settle in the Middle user account control settings? Click Start, type UAC

Also, what locations the system drag files from? Are these personal files or system?  Was this an upgrade or clean installation?

    Isass.exe
    Lsass.exe
    Win32.exe

Hey, wait a minute, the first two files are the same! Well, they aren't. The first begins with the capital letter i (I) and second starts with the letter lowercase l (L). Those beginning with i (isass.exe) is a virus/Trojan, but Windows users can easily confuse for the very important security process, lsass.exe (starts with a tiny, lucky L). And Yes Win32.exe is a browser hijack program that will continue to take charge of your browser home page.

  • Left mouse moving is no longer open to the subdirectories and files in Windows Explorer or certain words in Wordpad

Occurs only with a single user, all users were affected.

    Windows Explorer

Normal operation of the double click the left button of the mouse on the files or folders in Windows Explorer causes them open. Now, this happens not all the time.

I can't open a file (or a shortcut) with the left mouse click in the pane of the current folder in Windows Explorer.

Clicking on a shortcut in the list of favorite links and the list of folders in the Navigation pane is OK.

Using the mouse to navigate through the folder next to the search box tree is OK.

Right mouse clicking on any file or folder, in the current folders pane and selecting open manages to open and works in the usual way.

    WordPad

Double-click on a Word with the left button of the mouse to select the word and now is no longer the case.

First observations of the incident occurred after a clean boot.

The first time it happened was after I did a clean boot on my computer. I then restored my machine to normal operation with msconfig, however the left mouse malfunction problem moves still persists.

  • Access to the "TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES" in Windows 7

I try to access "TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES" and immediately get a message "access denied."  I am admin and there is nothing in the temporary internet files that I should be blocked to protect the computer. (I've read posts that say that Windows has decided the people are too stupid to access parts of their computer and will protect us from ourselves.) Displacement of the Apple way to be on its users).  Why am I no longer allow access to this (and many other dirs. that are not reviews)?

That you are trying to access is probably a junction point, not a folder.

In Win 7, look for in
    C:\Users\ (YourAccount) \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
    Files\

    "\AppData" is normally hidden
"\Temporary Internet Files" is normally only hidden protected by operating system

You need to remove the check mark (if they are hidden) in Windows Explorer:
