  Are you saying that you have followed the instructions provided by Brad, I downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why do they have a watermark on them?  and you are unable to download images without the watermark? Please provide the steps that you use to better we can help you with your problem.

  Recently signed up for a subscription of photography CC and was happy to see that I would be able to get 10 free Stock images.  But when you actually go to get your free images you said then you get 10 free images with a @29.00 month subscription to Adobe Stock. While in the fine print, it says that you can cancel at any time during the first month, it actually requires an account with your credit card.  Not impressed - if you get 10 free images why don't we just let users select 10 images free of charge without registration?  After all that you say it is that they are free

  Thanks for your comments.  As you have seen, registration is required for the 30 days test where you get 10 frames.  There is no charge for the first month, and if you do not want to continue with the subscription, you can cancel during the first month.

  What is the monthly cost for a team of 10 or less creative to use Adobe stock? We are all have individual access? Are there different packages available for the teams - either 10, 25, 750 images a month? It will run on a combination of Mac and PC?

  I am able to license and download photos, illustrations and vectors as part of my Cloud Creative + Stock account successfully. When I try to download a video screen comes up saying that I will be charged $79.95 for the file. Are not included in my monthly cost of Adobe Stock videos?

  I have had several conversations with adobe and not was not yet possible to alleviate this problem continued. I'm looking for someone who can help me and send me not to someone else of do not contact me. I was charged for cancellation of a trial for a month and then said that I would be refunded but I do not have this restitution. There has been several forums where it didn't take 6 weeks to take care of this problem. Please, someone point me in the right direction on how to address this problem.

  By the 10 free images for the first month, without realizing it, I downloaded three images that have extensions of I / eps. It seems that the only images that I can work with are jpeg images.   I apologize, but there is no option to think about any image/download or its replacement by the license that has been downloaded.

  You can certainly try to work on these images by installing the Illustrator application (graphic design software |) Download the free trial version Adobe Illustrator CC ).
