Most of the time, it restarts itself during the update process.

Change it to no automatic installation, which is what I was hoping you would do to dismiss this case.

During the restart process a notification that "one or more drives should be checked for consistency. Also... the system seeing drive flashes continuously.

Then another window saying "Startup Repair can try to restore your computer to an earlier point in time when it worked correctly. The repair won't change personal data, but it can remove some programs that have been installed recently. You can't undo this restoration. I clicked on "restore" to continue with the repair, thinking that everything would be good this morning.

    Hey Buddy,

As the error message already said, it could be a HARD drive malfunction. Maybe he has a bad sector or something else

But it is difficult to say so in the first place I recommend to reinstall Windows using the Toshiba recovery disc. The disc can restore factory in a few minutes, and if it was a software problem or pilot, the recovery disc can solve the problem.

But first backup your data. Toshiba Recovery disk will wipe the entire HARD disk.

  • 5.7.1 - unexpected stop importing in Lightroom

    Hello!

    I am a photographer using Lightroom 5.7.1

My work computer is a 2.7 GHz i5 iMac from Apple with 16 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3.

Lately (these two to three weeks) Lightroom 5.7.1 was unexpectedly shut down on imports. Before you attempt to import, I noticed the window import shows all as importable photos, even the pictures that have already been added to my catalog. Closing out of this forum and the opening of new import (cmd + shift + i) window will remedy the issue, stressing only photographs that have not been added to the catalog, but in almost all cases, after that the images are imported Lightroom stops unexpectedly. When you re - open my catalog Lightroom will not display images newly imported until I re - synchronize folders.

Someone at - it similar problems? It's very frustrating, without detectable cause I can say (Nothing in my workflow has changed)

The question must have been caused by the map that I'm importing. I am currently using a new card for the last three days without any problem (normally I would have a question several times a day).

  • MBP 2015 unexpected stops down.having problems with my card closing down.i have reset smh and Landau, used utility disk without result and get this report.

  • A satellite - unexpected stops

Hi... This is my 2nd laptop Toshiba Satelite.
The 1st was replaced after that continuous stops make unusable when I was not able to start again.

I've had this one since November 2011 and it starts displaying the same behavior as the first with the stops happening. When I return to my computer, after leaving it for a while, he stopped.

Is this an inherent problem with the Toshiba Satellite and it can be the cause?

    Your contribution is appreciated.
    Jane

    Hello

The laptop stops automatically due to high temperature.
It is a kind of protection to protect the internal parts from damage.

The question is: why the temperature is too high?
Clean the vents? Dust and debris can affect cooling performance
If the cooling fans should be cleaned periodically

Also, you must make sure that the laptop s of aeration is not blocked using the laptop in a bad position.

even bury them and cd playback is not possible.

    hardware problem is not detected.

So can I please get acquainted with the appropriate problem I have and the clear solution for him...

When the behavior started? Did you recently add or remove any hardware or software?

, Start here: you can download the c:\windows\minidump content to SkyDrive and provide a link?  If you have trouble downloading the files, copy them to the c:\windows\minidump folder in a new folder on your desktop and upload them from there.

Consider the following general guidelines for dealing with bluescreens.

Consider running chkdsk on all partitions.  Leave complete chkdsk on each partition and see if that helps.

    Also consider running SFC/scannow.

If you start in safe mode, do you still feel bugs? What if you do a clean boot, or boot device?

Consider the memory with memtest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic test. Note that memory that pass the tests isn't necessarily good memory - he not only failed a review.  Examine systematically to eliminate the system RAM - run with a few modules for awhile and see how things are going. Then try the other modules.

Other common suggestions include ensuring drivers are up to date, but also to ensure that you use the latest version of the BIOS.

It may be useful to use the driver verifier.  To activate the... Driver Verifier start-> verifier.exe-> OK-> create standard settings-> next-> driver select the names to a list-> next-> sort by provider-> select all other Microsoft drivers-> finish and OK your way out of the dialog box.

Then restart and use the system as you normally and wait for a problem.  In case the system does not completely start after activation of the Verifier, boot mode safe and run driver verifier and tell him to remove the changes.

Wait for a bugcheck occurs after you have enabled the auditor as described, and then download the dump on your SkyDrive and provide a link.

    Hello GP.

You can try to uninstall and reinstall your driver graphics card, once again and after that try to reduce graphics settings.

Also try to enter the event logs and post it here.

To check your event log: run eventvwr.exe in the search box. Then go to the custom views, then the administrative events.
