If there is no such thing as a counter to the installation. only the activations are limited. If you have problems with those, please contact support directly by phone. For anything else, you will need to provide much more information as some details of base system...

White screen after that the virus KLPD, same save modus starts
Hi, yesterday while surfing the internet has become my white screen, it was the virus KLPD. I found on the internet that I had to download the kaspersky rescue disk and run it on my pc so I could scan my pc on the virus and after that my pc should be normal. So I did what they asked, but now, whenever I start my pc, when I would have my office, I get a white screen and when I pres ctrl + alt + delete I can get in the menu but the management tasks does not start. Now my question how can I come back all my documents and work normal again to my laptop. Its a HP Pavilion dv6000 Entertainment PC.
Thank you
Hey AlexDedeur5,
You may be able to create a Live CD. This is a CD with an alternative operating system that runs completely from a CD rather than your hard drive.
Using a Live CD, you can access your hard disk just like you acceding to a flash drive. You can copy and paste your files from the hard drive of your laptop computer to a flash drive or external hard drive. You will need to scan that disc flash drive/external hard with a reliable anti-virus program before opening or transfer these files to avoid infecting a second computer.
To get a very good Live CD is Knoppix. I used it before a couple times to get data from infected computers and hard drives, partially damaged by a fall. Here are some links that provide you with more information about Knoppix.
5 tips for using Knoppix to recover data to a PC starts plu
How do to retrieve the files from the laptop with Windows crashed using the Knoppix CD
Once your data is backed up and scanned with an antivirus, you will need to re - install Windows on the hard drive of your laptop. You can have a recovery partition which you can access by pressing F11 as the computer powers on. If you do not have the HP Recovery Manager, choose System Recovery to factory settings.
If you are unable to the HP Recovery Manager, or it has been lost due to virus, you will need to re - install Windows with a set of recovery disks. If you do not already have your own records, you can order them through HP. If you could provide me with your exact product number (and your country if outside the United States), I could link you to your order for your particular laptop. Here are the steps to finding your product number.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if one of these suggestions helped (this might help others with the same question). I'll keep an eye out for your answer!

After that the virus can not connect to internet
My computer running Windows XP has been infected by a virus 'Alert system' fake who took over the office and hide all my files. I was able to restart in safe mode, run Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials to capture and remove some viruses. I was also able to display most of my files and desktop programs. (I also tried to do a system restore, but this doesn't seem to work). However, I can not connect to the INternet using Internet Explorer. I reset IE, but I can't always connect. It seems that IE starts to open the URL, but is then blocked somehow by the virus, which redirects to the default "diagnose the problem. The cables are connected and the Internet works. What other options are bypassing them that blocking and/or resettlement of IE.
The error you received seems to indicate that there is a need to reset Winsock. You could try running the FixIt program contained in this article, or the manual procedure:

Wireless connection no longer works after that the virus

Usually the unit must be included in the same device manager if there is a driver problem. I suggest you check the BIOS. The wireless is displayed there? Turned on?
I suggest that you update the chip set driver and also try to download and install the driver wireless from your computer manufacturer. We'll see from there. -
I used the iDownloaders app browser, (it is a video download application I use for a few years with no problems), when a message came "your machine is infected with a virus please leave the app and contact Apple." I removed the app from my mini iPad 2, but now I meet including crashes in Angry Birds Seasons and Rio. I want to restore the iPad, but I fear that the virus will reinstall themselves as well. Apple did not contact because I never heard of someone who got a virus using iOS. I took it slightly think to delete the iDownloader app would solve the problem. Im running version 9.2 on a retina mini iPad 2. Maybe someone has an answer on what I can try before you contact Apple. I appreciate any suggestions thanks JohnG
Unless your iPad is jailbroken, it is not infected. This notice is a well known scam to a fraudulent web site. You can restore.

Reinstall Acrobat 9 Pro, originally purchased in the past of CS 4 Standard, on a MacBook Pro, OSX 10.11.5. To install all components except for the Pro.
It is probably not compatible with your operating system, but you try to take advantage of some of its features by checking the Setup logs.

I just got a new Macbook Pro when I reinstall my CS4 Master Collection everything works fine, but I can't get Acrobat 9 pro to get the serial key
OK, it worked. Someone suggested dismantling drives all connected. In fact, no luck. But while all the disks were taken out and closed all applications I uninstalled Acrobat Pro using the application in the folder Acrobat Pro. Then I went back to the installer and have already told him only to install Acrobat Pro. Once done everything first, I opened Acrobat Pro. He asked to install some extras and I said no a few times. It opened and worked on a test pdf. With her still open I tried to open Acrobat Distiller. He did not ask a serial number, but I wanted to just install an extra. I said no again and it finished opening. Wanted to be my default PDF application but an extract which is better so I said, person not the last time. He has worked to create a perfect pdf of an Illustrator EPS. Hope this works for you also.
