  Second:

  I reinstalled Adobe Design Premium CS5 (disabled on the old PC and loaded and active on new PC) and updates fail to install.  The message is "there was an error downloading this update. Quit and try again later. "This message is displayed for each of the programs in the suite.  I tried to update four times during this past 7 days and always the same answer.  Apparently Adobe does not support the product more long (5 years).  Someone at - he had this problem and successfully navigated a solution?  Thanks in advance for your help.

  After you have entered your serial number of the cs6, select an earlier version you have and then enter the serial number of the previous version.

  When we go to Adobe and try to update these files, we get an error message, something like: "Please update to the latest version."

  How are we supposed to solve this problem?  We cannot upgrade to CS6 right now.

  NicoleWimette I recommend that you install all the updates that are available from our product update page at http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/.

  The first display does not indiciate that updated specific that you are looking for.  Your security suite also defines what update packages is available in the update there?  I know we usually do not go in this detail in our release notes and to focus on issues or provide improvements to functionality updates.  As opposed to a descent of the version of files and the details of the files which are renewed.

  If you install CS5 there is not need to do this if your only reason is so that you can install CS6.  CS6 is a standalone product and does not update CS5.   You'll need is to first install CS6 and then activate it with CS6 serial number.  After that he will notice that you do not have a version more old qualification and then did you select CS5 as this release candidate and then provide its serial number.

  This may depend somewhat on the application, but in the InDesign forum, we found that CS5 does certainly not with El Capitan. Restore a previous version of OS X or upgrade to creative cloud.
