  Well, I just thought about it. I started in safe mode and uninstalled Norton and safety package provided with Norton from Comcast. It was the solution.   I think you're DIY too.  Normally, your computer and your wireless router assign dynamic IP addresses, and they change periodically - that is part of the security design.

  1. Your Internet service provider is down or your connection to it is broken.  If this is the case there is nothing you can do about it.
