You have a problem.  You plan your computers, financial and personal data on computers to be potentially compromised and should take corrective measures.  Confidence in that you scan all with independent scanners as well as your resident AV programs?

  • CAN´t find other computers on the home network Windows.

I have a home network windows already defined with two desktop with Windows XP and a laptop with Windows 2000. The computers are connected to a router with ethernet cables and the lap top wireless (WiFi) to the same router. Now, I'm trying to connect a fourth computer (a desk top) with Windows Vista. It works fine to connect to Internet, but I can't reach the other computers on the network. On other computers, I can see a 'new', but I don't see the others of a "new". Can someone help me with the configuration of the computer "Vista"?  Thanks in advance.  / Thomas

    Hello

To home network computers running different versions of Windows, we need to make sure that what follows.
    a. ensure that all computers are in the same workgroup.
    (b) the value of the private network location type.
    c. open ports in your firewall to allow file and printer sharing.
d. turn on additional file and printer sharing options.
    e. consider using password protected sharing.
    5 using the network card.

The NIC in the network and sharing Center is a graphical view of the computers and devices on your network, showing how they are connected and including problem areas. A computer running Windows XP can be detected and appear on the network map, you may need to install the Protocol Link-Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) on this computer.

To install LLTD, visit the following link and download: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922120

  • WRT160N - can't see other computers on the network

I installed a new WRT160N and now I can't see other computers on my local network, but I can access the internet on each of them.

Y at - it a setting that I need to change or what I need to use static IP instead of DHCP addresses?

If you cannot ping the other computers on the network, then check your firewall settings or any other security software blocking the connection.

I have a network of offices with windows 7 and XP PC 6 PC 7. Each day network neighborhood loses the xp computers. I can always ping them but they do not appear on the network. The PC xp always had access to the internet and can still ping windows 7 PC normally, but I can't connect to the shares or see them in the network neighborhood. The question seems to come and go during the day and can be due to the network traffic? I am lost at this point. A reboot of the xp PC is not resolved, but a restart of the server main window file 7 pc solves it for a while. Help!

  • The other computers in my house not to see the family as a source for their internet connection network; How can I restore this connection by computers (non-hotes)?

Since this morning, the other computers ('other' meaning other than mine, where "mine" is the one that has the connection to the router wireless connected to the internet) in my house does not "see" the family network.  In other words, only my computer has access to the internet.

How to restore the network family when other computers are not 'see '?

Looks like you are saying that your computer is connected to the wireless router, while other computers cannot.

This is the router that "hosts" network, then maybe the wireless feature has been disabled somehow.

Try restarting the router (unplug it for 30 seconds) and see if that helps.

I hope that the problem will be solved.

  • Do not see the other computers on the network of LabVIEW

I have 2 computers on a network (cpu1 and cpu2) that I use for data collection, and then several computers that I don't use. I got it when I did an in LabVIEW shared variable, a "network has released" a. Once these variables are deployed on cpu1, I go to cpu2 change the shared variable in an another VI by allowing the aliasing and by accessing the address of the PSP. For some reason, I don't see all cpu1, but I can see the rest of the network.

When I return to cpu1 and try to access an address PSP, I can see cpu1 and variables deployed, but I can't see cpu2 on the network (although I see that all of the other computers). I know that they can see themselves, I ping one of the IP addresses of the other and he delay 0ms. If you have suggestions for what to try, I'm for it! Thank you!

  • I bought the plan of the student and the teacher, and installed it on 2 of my computers, but now I have a new computer and wish to also download it on this computer. Is there a chance that I can uninstall among other computers and install it on this model

I bought the plan of the student and the teacher, and installed it on 2 of my computers, but now I have a new computer and wish to also download it on this computer. There the chances that I can uninstall one of the other computers and install on this computer instead? (Sorry for bad English)

    Hi Simon,.

Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.

To install the creative cloud on new computer

Visit download/install FAQ: How can I download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?

If you are already signed in on two computers, simply disconnect you creative cloud over one of the other computers and log on to the new.

See connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

If you cannot log out due to a broken or reformatted computer, or if you no longer have the old computer, where you have logged in, you will receive a message when you try to connect on a third. Please see this link for more information:

See "Activation limit reached" or "connection error impossible ' with Adobe applications
