• Palm Z22 Hand held and gel desk top calendar sync

  When I try to sync the calendar throughout the system freezes the two top of (computer) desktop and hand-held (Z22).

  Cancellation does not have to reset the hand held and use the Task Manager to unlock the computer.

  The problem first started with all calendar being wiped of Palm Desktop data. This has happened before, but able to retrieve data via synchronization with the hand. However, due to its Frost that now is no longer an option.

  You most likely have some files corrupted in the database which is icy.

  Find the conduct of the calendar settings in the HotSync Manager program on your computer and set it to "do nothing". Do another HotSync and see if it ends.

  If so, I would say you install a free application under the name of 'DBFixit' of here.   Run it after installation and allow it to look for problems.  It will fix most of them for free, others may require register the app with the tax going to an animal shelter.

  Once the fix has been done, set the conduit back to 'Synchronize' and see what happens.

  I calc 0,0299 / 365 and get 8.1917 on my pc.  I have 0.000081917 on my phone + held in the hand.

  You must have a different calculator on your PC that I do.  When I do the calculation, the result is:
  8.1917808219178082191780821917808e - 5

  The "e-5" in the end, of course, means moving the comma 5 digits to the left...  The answer is basically the same.

  The driver installation may not have completed successfully. Try the following steps to reinstall the drivers:

  1. keep your device connected

  2. from the desktop, go to Start > Search

  3. Enter "Device Manager" or "devmgmt.msc" to launch the Device Manager window

  4. search under the node "network cards" "Microsoft Windows Mobile remote adapter. If this is not present, go to step 5. Otherwise, click "Microsoft Windows Mobile remote adapter" and select "Uninstall".

  5. look under the 'mobile devices "node for" Microsoft USB Sync'.»» If this is not present, go to step

  6. in the case, right click "Microsoft USB Sync" and choose "Uninstall".

  7 restart the computer. Disconnect, and then reconnect your device. Your device driver will be re - install and launch Windows Mobile Device Center.

• iPhone stolen and then off immediately

  My 6 + a iPhone was stolen from my pocket, in a public place. I realized with in 1 minute. I called back on my phone using another phone but seems thief he took were immediately.

  I remember much about high security features of this expensive equipment. I asked my wife to immediately follow the phone hoping that nothing can happen that I have Apple device not one another... Phone appeared offline and so far, he is off line. It is 6 days and always in offline mode.

  Because it is public information that how the apple security system once an iOS device was stolen so for us it is fair to assume that thief also knew what not to do once he stole an iPhone.

  I guess that those who have conceptualized and implemented the security of iOS devices were a very naïve and unrealistic assumption that thief will be finally running the unit and let the owner keep track. It will never happen?

  So now that the thief will be with my camera $ 1200 if it won't have to connect the iPhone to the internet and help me in my camera using the excellent "find my phone" app for tracking?

  It can easily sell it for parts and get at least a few hundred dollars out of it.

  Ask yourself what best I can have other that define a difficult access code, connect in iCloud, turns on "Find my phone" and once it is stolen then place it on the lost mode, plays sound and then, assuming that only the device owner are intelligent species and the thief being the most ignorant, which would certainly result in thief connect the device to the network for my investment of $1200.

  Apple has no magic solution for this. What they have done is to protect your data and make an attempt to reduce the value of iPhones stolen to some extent.

  When and maybe if the buying public stops paying for locked phones, the system will "work".

  I have successfully loaded Palm Desktop on my laptop Windows 8 and given advice on your support page, I'm trying to link my Palm TX using Bluetooth.

  The laptop recognizes the TX as a hand held PC and ask me to enter a password but the TX does not recognize laptop.

  (a) how can I get the TX to recognize the laptop?

• PLAM M515: towards the high ranking PT 6.2 for vista

  I recently got closed to the worm. 6.2 for my Vista OS (32 bit). Preformed a hot sync on my Palm M - 515 cralde/cable. Hot sync seemed to work is getting the drop-down menu, etc., but no data (address book, calendar, etc.) was transferred. The menu hand held and office data shows has been successfully transferred. My hand that held and office are configured (synchronized) to the other. Any help would be appreciated.

  This new version of Palm Desktop does not read the old style of the databases used on the m515 series.  Use with PDA Palm 6.2.2 more aged, to install an additional program: PalmHotSyncSetup.

• Migrating from a Plam T E2 to a 'New' Palm T E2?

  OK - market on another level... I have several reconditioned Palm Tungston E2 I bought off Amazon... and will have bad sync for the 'new' Palm.  Palms are the same exact material - all Tungston E2.

  The instructions on the web site of HP/Palm to install the software that came with your handheld ' because the E2 a code as the handheld 'needs or something to that effect.  I don't know if it's the 'specific hand who held' or T E2 series.  I did it with a single device several months ago and it worked but was a lot of gymnastics.

  I tried once again to migrate to still a 'new' pocket computer and could not run - and nor would my only "current" synchronize plus or - on a Vista PC.  However, I hooked the ' one up via the USB port on my old XP PC which had given at least years and he left sync'd beautifully!

  Can someone tell me if I have to re - install the software from the disc - really?  OR could I just do a "" Desktop replaces handheld ' on the most recent Pocket? "  One thing... maybe I need to use the disk to put the user name on the new hand.  I tried it (on Vista he) & after a couple of times the software does not work do not let me even access the topic 'material set up' to name the new hand.  And the new pocket computer does not have the username added to it and it would be even more is in contact with the Vista.

  No idea what I am doing wrong?  I'd like to just uninstall everything on the desktop and reinstall Palm Desktop 6.22 on the HP website and start again... and do a hand replaces desktop. . but I don't know if it will work more.

  I guess my real preference at this stage would be to run the old Windows XP machine, so I I can use Documents to go Version 8 (which works with the E2 T) as well as with the Palm Desktop (and of course Agenda 6 of Pimlical).  But I need to get my user name and the data on the 'new' E2.   I have the mose current Palm Desktop aready on this XP machine. Yet once, I followed the instructions on the HP website to do all this on the Vista... but there is something (I'm) missing!

  Yes, when make you a good Hard Reset of a Palm device, then perform the first HotSync, Palm Desktop will give you the opportunity to create a new account, or using an existing one.  When you take existing, all data will be flowing to the new device.  Yet once, back up your important data is recommended before attempting this.

  You can set the lines to crush the Hanheld if you wish, but this is normally not necessary.

  The installation disc is not necessary.  If you run it, Palm Desktop 4.x will be installed and cause confusion.

• No download memory card reader

  My computer is a HP Pavilion HPE-210F model.

  I use Windows 7 Home 64-bit version.

  The computer cannot read my Xd picture card when it is inserted.

  When I go to the Manager of system properties/devices and scroll down for disk drives, listed are 4 card readers that can identify the computer working. I am using is the device USB SM/xD-Picture.

  If I right click and select Properties, it says it works Ok.  I tried to leave the computer to upgrade the driver but it says that the installed drive is fine. Ok

  Hand-held devices, he says I have 4 WPD files Volume drivers each with a scream on them and if I right click on each of these and select properties it gives me has this device cannot start code (10). I deleted all file system drivers and let the computer restore top drivers, but it does not solve the problem with the exclamtion point.

  Portable devices like the photo card reader to be attributed to a F, G, H and I drive letter depending on the number of dwellings of readers you have in your pc. Chances are you don't publish a drive letter for drive cards and instead of this you see something like

  WPD filesystem with a driver several times exclamation point because your system can read several types of cards, but you have not issued a drive letter for the berries.

  If you open the control panel and administrative select Tools, computer, in the section storage management, clck disk management all your hardware, you should see readers for your pc. Make sure that you assign a drive letter to each card reader device, so he gets a letter.

  Restart your pc

  Next time you open Device Manager, you will see a letter for each of your devices portable drive instead of the system drive of WPD files with this exclamation point.

  Insert your memory card and it should be able to read.

  Why windows doesn'r just assign a drive letter automatically for readers of I don't know

• does anyone have a good recommendation for a voltmeter of PoE that can be integrated into Labview/TestStand?

  I started looking for a voltmeter of PoE, but so far all the ones I've found are for use of the mobile hand held.   I'm looking for a version that can be integrated in an automated production environment.

  Can someone point me to a voltmeter of PoE who has control USB or ethernet.   Ideally with Labview drivers. But if I do these myself I'll be okay with that.

  Unfortunately, I've not seen anything quite like that around. The closest I could find was the PoE3N-reach technology RT, which looks like it might have connectivity RS-232.

  Another option might be to type the tensions of the ESP and read those who use a more general tool as a DMM device or data acquisition. Something like the POET systems-FM-1. Maybe something like this work?

  There may be someone on the forum who is more familiar with POE that I am, but that's what I was able to dig up.

• HP Windows 7 unable to upgrade to Windows 10 laptop

  I trust HP for years since we got the first programmable HP hand-helds to JK Gill in 1976.

  To find out that HP laptop I paid a lot for in 2010 is going to be completely obsolete is too sad for words.  Is there SOLUTION No. at all for my computer?  It's a HP dv7-3060us Entertainment Notebook.  I bought with my money of colonization when I disabled for cancer.  It has been a lifeline so far but now it is going to be obsolete?  Is there nothing to do?  There is no way to upgrade to windows 10?  I happen to love windows 7 but I understand that it is a lost OS also.

  Someone at - it answers?

  It is often better to have a laptop computer running an OS more old where everything works, only faced with a new operating system where things are 'broken.  As long as it works OK for you, it is not "obsolete".

  The problem, that you are facing is that Microsoft provides only pilots with the most basic features and what you really need for these features in laptops is the specialized drivers written for the specific material found in laptops - and unfortunately, there is no HP Win10 laptop driver.  HP only guarantees the compatibility of Win10 for machines manufactured after August 2013. HP is not no matter what timetable indicating when, or IF, they will produce drivers for older machines.

  So that you CAN update to Win10, I would personally recommend against him.  I tried to update two portable Win7 on Win10 and upgrading two of them ransacked.  Construction machinery 5 years ago only were not with Win10 in mind.

  As for Win7 being a 'lost' BONE - if it is true that MS has ended mainstream support for Win7, MS don't end updates to security for your Windows 7 PC until January 14, 2020. So, there's lifes in Win7 for years to come.

  As for not having Win10, I was a beta tester for Windows products and was one of the first initiates Windows test Win10 - and over the years of this, I have never been also disappointed by the total lack of improvements I have with Win10.  Without new hardware and a touch screen, Win10 is a little more than Win8.2 - with a bunch of stuff that was moving and a new half-baked Start Menu, for which there are better alternative third-party.  He misses you very much.

  Well, I'm just a casual player of Freecell, so I've never really paid attention to the stats.  However what I found is that if after the cards are dealt, if you 'Select Game' before to make some moves on in the game, it does not count as a game played or a loss.  As soon as make you any kind of move on the game, then becomes an active game and will be considered a loss\game played if you select a new game.  Try it and make sure it works correctly for you.
