RemoteScan is not for some users

I recently installed RemoteScan on a new machine and got all this work in one programs installed on the RDS Server. In the other program requiring analysis, RemoteScan appears only for some users. I tried to recreate the user profile. I tried to copy it to the file remote.ini of a profile that works. I tried to reinstall RemoteScan on the workstation, but so far nothing has solved the problem. I have no idea what could be the cause and was hoping that someone could have encountered the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RemoteScan files must be in the user homepath. These files should be as follows:

TWAIN_32 (folder... RemoteScan internal folder)
TWAIN_32.dll 44KO
Twunk_32.exe

All these RemoteScan files should be in the folder windows homepath from the user. To confirm the homepath from the user, you need to connect to the server as the user and then display a command prompt. Type set home.

    This problem may occur if the print spooler service is stopped.

    To start the spooler service, follow these steps:

    1. click on Startand then click Control Panel.

    2. double-click Administrative Toolsand then click Services.

    3. double-click on the Printer Spooler service and then change the startup type to Automatic. This option sets the spooler service starts automatically when you restart the computer.

    4. If you want to start the spooler service immediately, click Start in the area of The State of the Service .

    I was able to achieve by catches of the select statement that I used to define an authorization scheme, placing in the State of read-only element. However, I would simply refer to the authorization scheme to use caching and to help keep things cleaner for future maintenance.

    Is it possible for a system of authorisation under a condition similar to the way point another element can be referenced by preceding with two reference points (e.g.: P1_First_Name)?

    I accomplished this in one of my applications by setting the value of a hidden Page 0 item on connect, for example P0_ACCESS_PRIVILIGES, and then use the feature 'Read only' integrated into the APEX for each article that I don't read for some users check the value of this element.

    I have a query that is running in less than a second for sys, system, or schema owner. However, another user (test_user) take 30 seconds to run the same query.

    I certainly dba and privileges identical to test_user as schmea_user, but the result is the same.

    I checked

    Both are the same for both users.

    I have check the plan to explain to both users. I noticed that for sys/system/schema_owner, the query uses an index, but not the test_user.

    One of the first things you notice about the execution plans that is for the owner non-schema "SQL_ID, 0wcs85uywn72m, number of children 1" appears in the output of DBMS_XPLAN, while "SQL_ID 0wcs85uywn72m, child number 0" (the same SQL_ID but a different number of child) appears for the schema owner. "" Whereas the SQL_ID is the same, which indicates that the client requires exactly the same SQL statement, so it's a good start.

    Then, note that in the predicate for the nonschema owner information section the following appears (sometimes with the order of the two conditions switched in position) as a condition placed on each table that is available in the schema:

    As noted above, the VPD test function named S added the predicate "ID".< 10"="" to="" the="" sql="">

    There are not many clues in the 10053 trace file in my test VPD generated additional predicates. Trace the following was found shortly after the beginning of the file (this is the SQL statement initially presented):

    He knows performance issues related to the use of VPD, some of which are Oracle Database version-dependent, and some have been fixed in recent versions. Take a look at the following articles if you have access to My Oracle Support:

    You might find working through the second of the above that the problem is caused by a bug in database Oracle.

    On a side note. Execution plans you have published include the 0 value in the column starts many of the operations in the execution plan. 0 indicates that the operation never actually executed. A 0 is included in the column starts on the line that includes the FULL ACCESS of TABLE of PEOPLE_TRANSACTIONS at least to the OPC. Value 123, a full table of PEOPLE_TRANSACTIONS table scan PROPERTY_CONTAINER_ID was not actually performed.

  • Present the online PDF form button does not work for some users

    Two online forms, I created in LiveCycle Designer 8.2 work very well for me. But when some of the users of my site clicking on the Submit button in a form, it just flashes and then does nothing. It's a standard transmission with a Mailto link button. The documents are PDF Version 1.7, and I use Acrobat Pro 9.4.5 and Reader 9.4. Suggestions for troubleshooting would be great.

    This form is activated with the form of rights to the player.  If the full PDF is presented, then the PDF file must be Reader enabled to operate the player.

    Another problem is that sending email is entirely dependent on the user's system.  There must be a local e-mail client installed and registered with the system.  Internet mail will not work.  This is the most likely issue.  Althougth there are other things that could be the problem.  You can consider using the Acrobat.com to distribute your forms.  This method gets around the question for most users.

    Other issues that could cause this problem are the version of Acrobat/Reader users as well as any type of system/security configuration funky.

  • Sync Center will fail for some users. Work for others. Is not dependent on machine. No error sync... just no sync.

    Using Windows 7 Pro on desktop computers, Windows Server 2008 on stocks. I have set up actions of the user (the same for everyone) on the server. The share of the 'always available offline' value, flash sync to logoff.

    Synchronization of some user without problem. Some never synchronize. Synchronization log indicates a successful synchronization. I even tried reallocation of a PC, that was fine synchronization for a user to another user. No synchronization to the second user.

    I tried everything I found on the forums, but nothing changes.

    I can manually run SyncToy or FreeFileSync and operation of synchronization. I tried to run these via scheduled tasks and they fail.

    To run cmd, enter the administrator password.
    Change your administrator password.
    Create a user account for him without admin privileges. It cannot do any damage now.

  • findDeviceforUser() API with loadServiceAttributes = true does not not for some models BES

    In our application, we use the API findDeviceforUser() with loadServiceAttributes = true. This is necessary to interrogate some device related information of BES.

    However, for some devices (especially for BlackBerry 9000) models, we get the following exception:

    "Invalid character exception" and a response of

    3DES, AES-256, 0 x?

    The character of error? corresponds to a (BEL) control character

    Can someone help me please how to fix this. This is a known bug. Are there patches known for this?

    It seems that there is a problem with your BES/BOTTOM configuration. The only values that should be listed for the encryption algorithms are 3DES and AES - 256. '0 x' should not be registered. This value is unexpected, which explains why the BAA is throwing the exception, once this is resolved your application should work with these users.

    I would say to indulge in the BES forum boards or to create a ticket with server support teams to help get this resolved.

    Open saweb to these Subscriber pages and make sure that they have a name registered.
