How can I change the tone of the text to another message that I downloaded, I tested the tone on incoming call, but I would only it the text because I got the tone I want on a call.   What do you have?  There was a problem when the tour is out, but when they have upgraded to 5.0 that fixed it.  However, the last update brings back the problem.

  1. on your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL, so that ALL DISPLAY is checked.
  2. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.
  If you don't see it still, look at the Options > advanced > Applications. Do you not see it listed there?

  Since you're on BES, you really should work with your BES admin... they have a lot of things and it is possible that they apply an expiration that you aren't aware of the control.
