  From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.

  Naviguer navigate down to the print spooler service, right-click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.

  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS , then delete the tasks within this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.

  I suggest you to remove all the temporary files on the computer

  1 clear the temp folder, follow these steps:

  a. click on start

  b. click on run

  c. in run, type %temp%

  d. remove all files and folders in the temp folder

  2 remove the contents of the temporary Internet files folder

  a. quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer.

  b. Click Start, click Control Panel and then double-click Internet Options.

  c. under the general tab, click on delete files under temporary Internet files.

  I use often to WordPad, but when you save a document, save you it to a location outside of WordPad. Don't know if you open the document, you can't delete in WordPad, but you can remove it where it lies. MS Word and Corel WordPerfect are the same in this regard. Also, if you want to clear all text, Ctrl + A and then delete done that fast.

  You must understand a basic first concept.

  Libraries in Windows 7 do not contain the physical files. They show only a virtual display of the physical files that are contained in other physical files that have been added to the library.

  Example:

  By default, the Document library displays the files that are contained in the C:\Users\your utilisateur\Mes Documents folder and the folder C:\Users\Public\Public Documents .

  If you simply right click and delete the Document library, it will not add any free space on the C: drive.

  To add free space on the C: drive, you need to remove the C:\Users\your utilisateur\Mes Documents to the folder that contains the actual files.

  Before you do, make sure that you have backed up the files you do not want to lose.

  The best way to add free space on the C: drive, would be to move the Documents and other user folders to another drive internal or external.

  In Control Panel, open administrative tools and select abuse.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
   
  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  If you want to enable deleting "disabled assignment of sequencing document" the value entered in the date field end and provide the Start Date date go live.
  If you want to disable the sequencing of document assignment, keep the start date and end date as, could be any date before the Date go live...

  As an author on free eBooks in the form of a PDF file (I use Indesign to create), how can I stamp ever-page to a PDF of the registered user and perpetuate this stamp?   So I use Adobe Contribute CS4 under windows XP. I worked with contribute for a few months now, but I do not understand how to remove an old published document. My job makes me update our website often enough and it's the best way to go. So I publish documents, then they go down in a few weeks.   You can delete the page published on your Web site by

  1. go to the page published in Contribute.
  2. go to file-> Actions-> Page delete.
