Removal of password HP Laserjet CP3525 Web interface.

Hi all

I have a CP3525 have the admin password is defined but forgotten. Does anyone know how to remove it. A hard reset is also very good. I get lost a bit in the overkill manual placed on the HP website.

It is 100% similar to this topic:

Thanks for reading,

I have an HP LaserJet 4000 very old but still very functional.  When I try remotely inside through the web interface to change settings, the screen does not load correctly.

It wants to load a JAVA runtime and I have the latest version of loaded oracle, but there must be an incompatibility.  I think that it only works with a very old runtime.  I have tried with different browsers such as firefox and chrome, but the result is much the same.

Y at - it solution or a firmware update or something to fix this?

You have the 600n jet direct card and the issues are known.  I think that windows 95 was the last os that could communicate and give you the web page.  You could try to download the latest firmware for your jet direct card and update its firmware using hp download managere, but to be honest I don't think it will work.  The saving grace is that you can make any changes you want in the control panel of the printer.  Just navigate the EIO menu on the printer and go through the menus.  A little more difficult, but it can be done.  Good luck.

    Greetings.

I forgot the administrative password to log on the web interface.

How can I get it back?

    Thanks in advance.

If the password is lost, then you must reset the unit. Start with the normal restore to default settings of the control panel option.  If it does not then seek the cold steps or reset NVRAM and reset at this level then.  If an item is not already circulating with the steps, then you will find them in the maintenance manual.

  • LaserJet P1102w: History of how many pages each toner printed in web interface?

Is it possible to find in the web interface for the printer, a story of when a new toner has been inserted, and how many pages it had printed upward? I know how to access this story, but from what I can tell, it only shows the current number of toner and the page.

    HP LaserJet p1102w

    Hi @paulri,

I understand that you want to know the history of how many pages have been printed of each toner. I'd love to help you.

You can print a Configuration report to get the total number of pages printed from the printer, but not individual toners.

Printing a Configuration Page. Select the method two.

Feel free to click on the button under the thumbs up if it helps.

    Good day!

  • How to remove the password of BIOS on Satellite Pro M10

    Hi guys,.

I searched all over the web to find an answer, but has no success. So I really hope one of you can help out me.

I have a very old Toshiba Satellite Pro M10 with 512 MB in it. The laptop is protected by a BIOS password that I know. However, the problem is that I want to remove the password of BIOS completely. I know this isn't a big deal, but I find it annoying to type the BIOS password over and over again. Mostly because I am preparing this old lady for my oldest daughter. Furthermore, I just installed Windows 7 and it works well, but I have all the original software Toshiba, for example the HW configuration utility. I expect the download somewhere on the net, but unfortunately this is not as simple as that.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thank you

    Jeroen

    Hey Buddy,

It is easy to remove the BIOS password. Follow the instructions posted by Al - eX.
As new password just enter anything and then the password is removed.

I m wondering that you have installed Windows 7 on Satellite Pro M10. It is a very old book, and in my opinion Windows XP would be the best choice.
In addition there are no downloads available for this model and Windows 7 on Toshiba page

  • EA2700 - unable to return to the old Web Interface

    Hello

I have an EA2700 that I am moving back to the old interface, however it error whenever I try to install the firmware.

That's all that I always get this message:

Unexpected error that the firmware update has failed. Please try again later.

We encountered an unexpected error. If the problem persists, please visit our Technical Support site.

I have reset the router several times, he turns off all night, re-uploaded the file several times and I am still unable to restore successfully. Sometimes she same error when I try to set the password of the router itself and I have to reset it again before I can use the interface.

Was setup to give than to try, and Oh surprise when I connected to my router this time I was introduced to the classic web interface

Among the updates of the firmware Failed must have actually managed, even if he just kept throwing error messages. To be sure, I re-flashed the old firmware from inside the classic interface and it worked perfectly without errors.

At least I am now finally back to where I was before the clouds rolled in.

  • NAS200: Unable to connect to the Web Interface

Just set up my new NAS200.  I could install two (2-1 TB disks, RAID1) disks and set the IP address.  However, I can not connect in the administration area of the drive to set up users, shared directories, etc..  The doc on the CD has no value.

When I run the initial Setup, I wonder for a pawword.  I enter the password that I entered in initial Setup, and I get.  However, this leaves me not do anything other that configure stuff of basic training.

    Someone at - it suggestions?

    Thank you.

    mechanism

I was able to eventually get through the web interface.  It turns out that the system was not ready yet.  I have 2 1 TB drives in a RAID-1 configuration, and it took the best part of 2 days to get into shape.

Once I was, I updated the firmware, and things seem to be working very well now.

  • WRT160NL cannot connect to the web interface after firmware update

I've updated the firmware to unofficial http://mirwifi.org/download/fw/WRT160NL/wrt160nl-0.1.3-pre5.bin and since then I can not connect to the router through the web interface. What can I do? Is it possible to update the firmware to the official without web interface? Thanks in advance for any help.

The router's default IP address is 192.168.1.1. Try to ping the IP address of the router and check if you get answers from the router.

Open the Internet browser and in the address bar type http://192.168.1.1. See if you can open the router configuration page.

If this does not work then you can try to update the official firmware on the router using the TFTP.exe file.

Disable the firewall on your computer. Connect the computer to the router with the Ethernet cable.

    (1) download the official firmware file from the site Web of Linksys router. Save it to your computer.

    (2) download the tftp site Web of Linksys. Follow this link to search for the file tftp. You'll find downloads for router BEFW11S4. Select the version 3.2 hardware and download the installation wizard. Save it to your computer.

    (3) run the installation wizard. In the server box, type the IP address of your router. In the password box, type the password of the router. Default password for the router is admin. Find the file of the official firmware you have already downloaded and click on upgrade.

    See if it works.

After upgrading the Firmware on the router, it is recommended that you must reset the router and reconfigure.

Press and hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds. Release the reset button and wait 10 seconds. Power cycle the router and reconfigure.

  • Web interface works is not the well-known address of management

    TLDR:

    • opening webinterface on ip management group-> does not work / ping
    • opening webinterface on eql management ip-> works
    • opening webinterface on ip management group-> suddenly done work
    • Why?

Yesterday I've updated SanHQ of 2.2 to 3.0.1 to prepare to run the path to upgrade to FW 7.x. Since yesterday, I get the following warning:

[ID: 1.6] The eql-grp01 group has been added using non well known address (MWKA). Delete and add the group using the well-known address of management of group 172.16.0.9.

The eql-grp01 group contains a single EQL (eql01 / 172.16.3.15) and has a dedicated management port. The beach is a 16, as such, both the IP and IP management EQL management group are in the same network (again).

I'm able to reach the Web interface of eql01 on 172.16.3.15 without problems for years. Try to reach the Web interface on 172.16.0.9 has always given problems (timeout, ping works however) until I asked the Web interface on 172.16.3.15, after that, I can reach the Web interface without problems on 172.16.0.9.

Up until now I did not worth to look into it, but as I'll be add another Member to the group within a few weeks and SanHQ's "tenacious" on do not use well-known management IP address I have tought I might give it a try here, maybe it's the behavior?

Edit: Adjusted the subject as non-MWKA does not work but the MWKA (submits sugested otherwise)

OK, you need remove the SANHQ and add in it through the Well Known management address.

I don't know why he first had to go to the Member port Mgmt vs being able to use the IP alias for group management.

That's all the management IP address is, like the IP address of the ISCSI discovery.  It is a superior a physical port IP alias.   So if you can reach the Member IP address, you will have no problem reaching the alias.

Maybe something on your network, or the ARP table has not been updated.

  • N3048 access to the Web Interface without OOB

I recently had our switch replaced by RMA and have access to the web interface via oob. I'm not sure how to access ports and other subnets and want to access the web interface of the server room outside. It's probably something very obvious, but I don't have the original switch to check the configuration. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You can use in-band or oob access to administration from inside or outside the server room.  The port of oob is a completely separate network used for management only, but you can also use a port in the Strip management.  By default, VLAN 1 is usually used in the Strip to transport of management traffic.  If you set an IP address on VLAN 1 you should also be able to manage from this IP address.  Measures would be to define the IP address on VLAN 1, ping ping to test connectivity, remote and then use your browser to connect to the web INTERFACE.  You should be able to use the same username/password that was used for the oob port.  Without a set of name of user and password, the web INTERFACE will not allow the session.

  • RDP Web Interface and connection broker proxies on the same port on 8 MR1

    Hello

By reading the whats new document for version 8 MR1, I saw this:

    vWorkspace Secure Gateway role Consolidation

All roles in Secure Gateway (RDP encryption, encryption of Internet access and Connection Broker encryption) can now be combined on the same server using the same IP address, port number and certificate server.

.. which made me think that I might have RDP, web and broker any proxy if a gateway using port 443. This would be useful.

However, in the secure gateway proxy configuration tool it has always down:

NOTE: Either the Web Interface can be configured to the same address and the port that RDP proxy proxy or Broker for proxy connections.

Am I misunderstand the information contained in the new document what, or if the text on the gateway configuration tool has not been updated? I share all of the 3 proxies on the same port?

    Scott.

Scott, my apologies for the confusion. The text in the dialog box should be removed when the new feature has been added. It was an oversight that has not taken until after the product has been released. We intend to publish a fix that removes the misleading text when we release our next server important side fix.

  • Web interface of Cisco

    Hello

I have a Cisco SG300 but am unable to connect to the web interface. I have a few months ago.

This time, I tried a few different passwords until I remembered, it was still the default password.

Is there a lockout time if you enter the wrong credentials from a number of times?

    Thanks in advance

Hi there is an expiration of password under password-security section by default 180 days not sure about lockouts see nothing about that, you can perform password recovery but, by cli or factory reset and reload your config

  • ACS Web Interface 5.1 does not

We have a Cisco Access Control Server (TACACS+ version 5.1) with an additional
2 port NIC card. This produces 4 ports on the ACS server(G0 through G3).

After initial setup of the ACS server with an IP address on G0, I connected a Windows 7
server with IE8 to G0. The ACS web interface appears (after accepting certificate) and I
entered some user accounts and NDGs.

I then connected the ACS server to a configured port with port-security on our 6500
switch. The port becomes err-disabled since the MAC address does not match up. It appears
that the onboard NIC on the ACS server is bonded thus producing the MAC address issue.

To fix this connection issue, on the ACS server, I cleared out G0 and setup G2 (additiional
NIC card) with the IP address. After connecting to the 6500 switch, the ACS server port
    works fine.

I removed the connection to the 6500 and connected the Windows server to the ACS.I can ping
the ACS server but the web interface is now unavailable unlike before. I do not get a
certificate warning on IE, it just states that internet not available.

On ACS, the 'show' status of acs shows all the processes are running and initialized.

Any help would be appreciated. It has got me stumped as all I did was change NIC configuration
    on the ACS server.

    Antonio

I wanted to check if the failed to load web interface could also be due to something on the 6500 switch.

    So far:

You have been able to see the Web interface with the ACS configured on G0 and directly connected to the PC Win 7.

With the G0 set to ACS, you saw some MAC problem and so no web interface.

With the ACS configured on G2, you can test the ACS server when it is directly connected and connected to the 6500, but in both cases do not display the web interface.

So, it seems that you have two options:

    (1) seek to solve your problem of port security 6500.  (You have access to set up the port-security 6500?)

    (2) fix the G2 interface configuration.  If you do not see the web interface with the Win 7 PC directly connected then there is something wrong with the config on GBA.
