  Philip, you are welcome.

  I would recommend first to import this file in to your Yahoo contacts on Yahoo mobile web page where are your contacts. These contacts would then sync over to your BlackBerry address book. This is the simplest method.

  Alternatively, you can use a version prior to the BlackBerry Desktop Software v6.1 or lower, to import a CSV file into your BlackBerry.

  You can delete your contacts Hotmail or Outlook of the people app.  If you have connected other accounts such as Google, Facebook or Skype, you'll need to go to this app or Web site to delete these contacts.

  OK, so I added a bit of contacts on my launcher for easy access. However, there is a particular contact that I added, but how the link to the launcher and my contact link is broken, that particular contact has been deleted or moved something or someone. The contact is not the issue. I just want to get that broke bound contact out of my launcher icon.

  I tried to go to the App list. Isn't there. Tried typing on the broken contact and message p [ops indicating the the link is broken for this contact.]

  So for the same time, until this problem is solved, I placed this broken contact at the bottom right of my screen so it doesn't bother me too much.

  So is it possible to delete this contact related since my pitcher of broken? Or am I stuck with it?

  I think to do what you open your app and then find your contact and type and open, and then click the contacts tab in the upper left corner.  It should be an option to delete the contact from the Launcher.  I hope this helps.

  I finally got a solution to the original problem.  On the BB, I deleted my Yahoo! e-mail account and he added once again.  I found myself with a lot of duplicate contacts, both Yahoo!, but I managed to delete the group that claimed to have a wireless sync, and the other game seems to be OK.  So problem solved (I think).

  With respect to the slow loading of Web pages, this has always been a problem.  It is less a problem when I'm very close to my Virgin Media hub.  I have used other smartphones non - BB, which are much faster.  And my daughter Iphone is loads faster (but then it's more than double the price).  So I was wondering if all BB is slow, or just my model (Curve 8520).  I can understand if it's just this model, like Virgin had many £ 8520's to 10 per month about 20 months ago.  But if they are all the same, I'll go for something different when ends my 2 year contract.

• Bug report: assigning a Photo Caller ID using a Pic that was sent from an another Palm Pre (easily reproducible)

  Open Contacts > choose a contact > edit contact > press small photo icon (this will open your photos... Note that the background is white and not the regular dark) > choose a photo in the e-mail folder > press "attach photo" > tap done.
  

  Now if you call this contact or if called you, the displayed picture is very distorted and rendered almost unrecognizable (This is the bug).

  However, if you choose a photo that took and has not been sent a different pre to your pre or if you physically move the Pic you chose above and put it in the Photo roll folder or any folder of images, photo caller ID is superb.

  Can someone Palm please look at this. Thank you.

  Charm, this works correctly if you use a different procedure. Just don't assign it not the pic starting in the contacts list. Use this procedure:

  Launcher > Photos > choose an image in the folder mail > press the menu bar titled "Messaging" next to the trash > press on "Assign contact > choose a contact > put in Contact."

  Now call this contact and the image is rendered correctly without distortion resulting from the further procedure.

  Start Contacts (it's the E3 version)

  (1) and then click the Central icon on the top of the screen
