  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. From your post, I understand that you do not see the Message Viewer box which allows you to read your e-mails; only see you the Inbox that includes a brief overview of the message and are unable to restore access using the separator bars. I have had this happen to my own Mail app and am happy to let you know how I could fix!

  You are really on the right track - you want to roll your mouse over the divider between the Inbox and sections Message Viewer (which should now be on the extreme right edge of your mail window) and drag it to the left.  When you click on the receipt/Message Viewer box, the cursor turns into a line continuous black with a single arrow pointing to the left. When you see the cursor change, click with the left button of the mouse and (while holding down the mouse button in) drag the combination line / arrow to the left. You may need to drag a little further than before to get it. I had to hang mine almost completely in the middle of my Mail app before the display of the message box appeared.

  From there, you should be able to adjust the boxes to your widths you want as expected.

  If you are still not able to get the display of the messages visible after have try this, here are a few more things that you can do.

  1. Press command + O on your keyboard.
  2. Exit the Mail application, and then press on and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard while reopening.
  3. Restart your Mac by selecting the menu  Apple in the upper right of your screen restart from the menu drop down.

  This error indicates that an application is using this file at this point here. If you are unable to remove it, restart your computer and then try to delete it.

  IF YOU ARE NOT SUCCESSFUL WITH THE above METHOD, THEN TRY to USE UNLOCKER, a free application that disables the application using the file that you want to delete.

  Go to view | Layout and turn off the preview pane.  Then, you can highlight the message without opening it and delete it.  Also you can go to tools | Options | Read and check the possibility to read messages in plain text only and should not be the same questions when opened.

  Really, I can't get an answer to this anywhere, its so frustrating!

  I have Blackberry passport and I run 2 groups of slimming great world where I have thousands of phone numbers in my phone, I'm sending hundreds of texts each week. So what I want, this is a setting that says 'remove' sent text messages before 4/6 weeks ago so no log messages, everyone can understand this? I can go in a records of individual members and remove previous posts but I have hundreds of members that I couldn't possible every day, so is there a setting on blackberry 10 that says delete automatically after 4-6 weeks, because I tried looking in the settings and can't find it!

If that does not meet your needs, your next step is searching for applications 3rd party who could do what you want.   I am concidering buying Karma and is one of the major factors of dieciding the weather, you can activate the automatic removal of text messages. My current phone requires me to manually delete messages and driving me crazy. What is an option with Karma?

  I do not use it, but I see that Karma has a feature that can meet your needs.

  Message Center > Options > Setup > Message Setup > Auto cleaning.  The choices are None; older messages in 3 days; 5 days years; 7 days years; Keep 5 waiting; Keep pending 10; Keep 20 msgs; or "Custom".  Custom allows you to set any number between 1 and 99 messages to be saved.

  Can someone explain to me when a BBM message is really delivered?  My DH will send me a message and it will have a d in the control.  He gets no response from me and he's trying to ping me or send messages more.  The reason why he gets all the messages back, it is that I did not get the messages.  When I finally get the messages, it is rather frustrated and angry.  He thinks I'm ignoring him when I do not receive messages.  The d means that it is on my phone or that it has been delivered to my provider and the next time I have receipt will be sent to my phone?

  I'm sure it's frustrating. I don't know what to tell you, if you are in an area with a weak signal, I would expect delays and others.

  I would recommend this for sure, a simple reboot of every day. With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  That wil always reduce lag and problems of the device is slow. It might help you.

  I guess you mean 'Messages '? "The Messenger is a product of Facebook.

  Make sure that your iPhone and your Mac are signed in the same Apple ID Then on your iPhone, go to settings > Messages > text Message transfer, and then select your Mac.

  In Messages When you start ago towed by default "of the listed accounts.

  The iMessages, which is empty until add you an identifier to Apple and the Hello which is inactive by default.

  Once you have added an Apple ID for the iMessages one then the Apple ID tends to be readable if you disconnect.

  You can write it with a new Apple ID, but the bit of the password is empty.

  None of these accounts can be deleted using the less icon below the list.

  The app works as it should.

  You can make the application thinks that it should not be implemented to a certain extent that should stop the ID visible.

  Open a Finder window. Use the Menu to go while holding down the ALT key. Select the library that appears in the list when you do this.

  Go to preferences.

  Find com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist and drag it to the trash (this will remove it.)

  This .plist contains identifier Apple iMessages and also alternatives such as the number of iPhone or any other email ID added to the list to receive.

  When you reopen Messages the Apple ID should be gone.

  I was remove tons of old e-mail when my PC froze and I had to re - start. Now, all the emails that I had highlighted when everything locked have a blue message 'I' on the copy of body with the message: Message canoe is located. Contents of this message cannot be found. Then a 'white -I- in-a-blue-circle' error message opos upwards: an unknown error has occurred.

  You have probably a mismatch between what the database thinks is in terms of messages and what is really there.  Try to compact and repair the database with my utility Windows Mail (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and see if that solves the problem.  Beware also of the antivirus software like that can cause similar problems.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 see also www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm for background on how WinMail stores its messages.
