remove PC desktop folder unknown creative cloud

I have tried many ways to get rid of the control on my desktop, but if I try to move the desktop folder then my office gets screwed up. Tried to copy paste, but not agree. You can't Cloud (unknown) creative brief desktop folder or you lose all your icons. Now for some reason, I also have a record of creative cloud with nothing in it.

In addition, there is an option in preferences > General Section which you can uncheck it to launch when you connect

    It is a folder on your hard drive.  And, like any other folder on your drive hard, it occupies space.  More content, you have inside, the more space it takes.

  • Why have I not two record creative Cloud suddenly with different data in each folder (a folder called Creative Cloud Files (unknown))

    This morning, I've connected and started working as usual. When I went to save on I noticed a new folder in the Bridge, called "Creative Cloud Files (unknown) without data in it. Weird, but what ever. So I recorded my file and dinked around a structure of files and cleaned a little. I have noticed that my sharing icon disappeared from records and questioned on this subject, but kept the job because I'm on a deadline.

    So now it is wobbly data to the new file folder that does not match the original file of CC. I don't know where are my latest files and some files are all simple missing. I'm increased and confused about what is happening. Can someone shed some light on this?

    With the recent update of the application of Creative Cloud Desktop (1.9.1.474), we have unfortunately introduced a bug that causes the creation of a new Creative Cloud Files folder and re-synchronization of all content. This will happen only the first time that the synchronization application runs after the update. This caused an understandable pain and confusion, for which we really apologize.

    Creative application Cloud Files contains a logic that supports the use of several Adobe ID. This allows to disconnect from an ID and in, but keeps the contents of your separate creative cloud. When you sign out and change identifiers, the app moves the previous creative Cloud Files folder and it's content and he adds with the already signed in ID (User@AdobeID). Then, it creates a main folder and begins to synchronize the content of the identification of new.

    The bug I mentioned earlier occurs, as the app believes an ID selector took place and as such, moves the current record of Creative Cloud Files and attempts to annex the already signed in ID. As no switch actually took place, it manifests as (unknown).  The application then creates a main folder to synchronize the data.

    What you end up with is essentially a creative Cloud Files folder with your new synchronized data and a creative Cloud Files (unknown) folder that contains duplicate data.

    This happens once, after the last update.

    The solution is to simply delete the (unknown) Creative Cloud Files folder.

    I recommend that ensure you that you have no pending change you can do offline and you check the contents of the folder new, main designer Cloud Files contains everything you expect of him.  If this is not the case, check the contents of the creative Cloud files (unknown).

    If there is still an incompatibility with your data, you can check on creative.adobe.com to confirm that your data is there.

    Hi, I am looking to reinstall creative cloud on a computer on a managed network. Creative cloud was originally installed a work until a user has attempted to update or install an additional application. We have tried many possible solutions found on the forums without success. The log of the cleaning tool shows some files do not have not be deleted.

    We have uninstalled creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

    We ran the Set - up.exe administrator
    We ran the cleaning tool from the administrator command prompt when logged in as an administrator.
    We manually removed OOBE records as well as the AdobePatchFiles folder in Program Files (x 86).
    Process AcroTray got killed.

    Whenever the installation process fails at the same point, apparently with the 201 error. The connection is wired and stable.

    It's incredibly frustrating.

    It is very important that creative cloud Adobe under C: program (x 86) > Adobe must be removed.

    If it is impossible to remove, rename it to Adobe Creative age of cloud.

    201, is caused not only because of the remnants of files or folders, it is also due to network problems.

    I would like to know if someone has their set creative cloud storage up this way... and if so, how did you do?

    Here's what I'm trying to do: I have all my documents saved in my cloud CC in order to make the files accessible to the people I work with. What I did to create a folder in my "Creative Cloud Files" folder called "working Docs. I'm working on my projects of this folder and it syncs to the cloud in real time. I then shared this folder as being public and make sure that 'download' is enabled.

    My assumption is that if I did this accessible and downloadable top-level folder, it would be downloadable. However, this is not the case. When the user opens a subfolder and drills down to an individual asset, the parameters are still defined "private." Instead of being able to download an entire folder or an individual file of this setting at a higher level, so it seems I'll have to assign a share link to all the individual files. It completely defeats the purpose of what I need to do. I want the person that I share with to be able to access one of my papers at any time. Has anyone achieved this level of sharing? Adobe support couldn't even answer my question so I guess that's not possible.
