Remove photos from my iphoto library and want to remove them from my phone

Hello! I deleted a bunch of photos from iphoto on my computer and I want to that they be deleted from my phone, but when I plug my phone he wants to re - import all those pictures instead... is possible to synchronize so that everything I deleted on my computer will be deleted from my phone? I have a macbook air and iphone 6. Thank you!

Once you have imported the photos from your iPhone via a USB port, you cannot synchronize the deletions to the iPhone. You must manually remove the photos.

If you want to remove photos from all devices, when you delete Photos on your Mac, you must enable iCloud photo library.

iCloud library update changes or deletions you make on one device on all other devices and keep libraries of Photos on all identical devices.  And if you take a photo with your iPhone, it appears automatically on your Mac.You need however enough storage in iCloud to organize all your photos.   See this link: iCloud Photo library FAQ
