  I have a nice custom icon that I built in my specs of the executable version, but when I use an installer to install my program, the icon in the Add/Remove Programs list is the software generic one (with the box open and CD).  How can I get my custom icon to use in the list as well?  I'm using LabVIEW 8.5.1 (and wishing my company should pay for 2010! ).

  Have you tried to reinstall the runtime?

• How to rid my PC of the Adware Alert program. It will not erase in Add or remove programs.

  I have Adware alert on my PC, I want to remove it, but when I go into ADD or remove programs it want to I would like to remove. • Successful marked KB2419632 update but do not show in Add/Remove programs

  Hi all

  I have Windows XP, SP3.

  This update (KB2419632) that successful shows in the history of Windows Update for January 13, 2011.

  However, he was not in the list of updates in Add or remove programs.

  I noticed only 2 weeks later (January 2011-27).

  I downloaded the update and he ran for office. It installed and is now listed in Add/Remove programs.

  3. do you have an antivirus/antispyware/security or other programs that are set to block it?

  Usually this will happen not unless if you make system changes that can remove the updates. However since you installed it again you can let him be here and no need to remove it. This problem won't happen with future updates and you can go ahead and install them.
