remove the document of Quebec

I have a document in the that I can't delete and so nothing will print.  I have a HP officepro 1800 and use Windows 8.1.  any help would be appreciated.

Hello

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.

Kind regards

  • How can I remove the documents from my iPad added when it was running regular Acrobat, now that happened in DC?  The docs are not on the cloud, and DC does not appear to be a function of deletion for non-cloud docs.

I use an iPad.  It switches me automatically in Acrobat outdated in DC.  How can I remove the documents that have been on my iPad with the old Acrobat?  They are not in the cloud, and DC does not appear to be a function of deletion for them.

    Hello

By default, Acrobat DC IOS shows the consulted files recently.  You need to switch to another file location (for example, Local, Document cloud creative) to delete, rename, move or duplicate files.

You can switch to the Local, if you do not want the files and folders that are stored locally on your iPad.

Do you want to take a look at the following document to see how you can switch to another file location and delete the files?

  • Now remove the document folders in my office?

I never knew/understood it was that libraries in Windows 7.  In my work as a transcriber I created documents word on my desktop in a folder with several subfolders for each customer.  I consider that I have word documents about 3,000 in all of these subfolders.  After that the search function in these subfolders has been suddenly don't give me no results, someone suggested that I right click on the folder of the office and "send to" Documents.

This the desktop folder and all subfolders are now in libraries under My Documents directory, and the search for a particular Word document again results.

But because I still don't understand the concept of libraries, if I now go back to the original on my desktop folder and delete it (in my mind I now duplicate all these Word documents -?), these documents will remain on my computer in the library directory?  Or delete the folder Office will cause me to lose my documents?

Just to be clear documents/photos/music etc do not reside in libraries.  I don't think you can call shortcuts but they look like you can remove all the documents in the library it will not affect your documents.

    Hello

I created a template in dreamweaver with an external style sheet. Then, I created a page for this model (called index) and to add div and css tags in the edit box that I set. I inserted a div tag and made a new rule for this div and saved in the current document, not the external style sheet. I thought this would be the right way, so I don't have an external stylesheet with a bunch of rules that does not apply to a bunch of pages. Now when I make a change to the model and save it, the css rule which I have added to the document only is removed. How can I fix this, or record all the rules on the external style sheet the right way to do it. Hope this makes sense, I'm not a very good storyteller. Incidentally a complete noob. I'll try and paste my code for the template. Thanks a lot for your help.

When you use templates, specific to the page CSS must be placed in the editable area of the head, as in:

  • Cannot remove the document from the queue

I deleted a print job, but I can't get out of the queue. I can't print anything now. How can I get rid of this document so I can use my printer?

To clear the print queue, stop the print spooler service and delete all the pending print files.

You cannot delete all print jobs in the queue so that the Print Spooler Service is running.

To stop the Print Spooler Service, click Start, run and enter in the box:

    services.msc

Click OK to open the Services Applet.

Locate the Print Spooler Service, right click and choose 'Properties' and then click on the "Stop" button to stop the Print Spooler Service is running.

The option "Startup Type" of Service properties print spooler is usually set to "Automatic" (which is now a good time to check it out).

If the "Startup type" is not set to "Automatic", set the "Startup type" to "Automatic" If that is your desire (which now is the time to check it out).

Do not try to start or restart the Print Spooler Service again...

Then, delete all updates pending upward and forward to printing from XP.  If they do not print before, you will need to send the to the printer again.

Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the following folder (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS

Delete all the print jobs in queue (select and delete all the files) in the folder if the folder is without waiting for print jobs.  The folder must be empty when you are finished.

Reboot your system and check the Print Spooler Service again to make sure the Print Spooler Service restarts automatically restart (given that the startup type is set to automatic).

After the reboot, check again the spooler service for printing and the 'Status' column for the print spooler must be read "started."

Submit new failure of print jobs.

  • The documents are open in Word - cannot delete

I have a number of documents I want to delete, but when I try to do this by using Windows Explorer I get an error indicating that the document is open in Word, and it cannot be deleted.  I closed and reopened in Word, open and re-closed documents in Word, rebooted the PC - but I can't find a way to remove the documents.  Any help appreciated.

    Thank you.

Ah yes, I saw that too.  It is logical that the file being opened he would block the file operations.  I mean, it's really a small version of Word running in this context.  But still, it would be nice to it unloaded/closed the Preview automatically when you start to do something about the file, such as delete.

    Hello Akiva,

If your document without constantly changing and the form fields are always the same, so I recommend you to create a form field layer model during the creation of a new model.

Here is the link for reference:

According to the model already created and if is not a layer of form field, then it is not possible to remove the document from that.
