Just sort your music by genre and press the three dots next to the first kind. With the update, they changed a little the small menu. Click on the red cloud with an arrow pointing down to download all the music in this genre. Repeat for all other genres. You could really hold still, it by genre will give the less files you have to download. This should put all your music on your phone.

  Us do not subscribe to the Apple's music, but we love music and have a large local library to which we can access the home sharing.  In our House, we frequently use the Apple TV to play music when entertaining customers.  The Apple TV 3 and earlier versions, we used to pick a song that fits the mood and then now a pressure for the submenu where we would choose the option to create a Genius playlist.  It used to work great (and still works beautifully on my Mac in iTunes).

  But on Apple TV 4, I can find no option to create a Genius playlist.  I hope that they add it in an update.  There must be a lot of users like me who don't agree not to music from Apple, but have a great local music library with which they want to create Genius playlists.

  What do you think are the prospects of the genius feature brings Apple to Apple TV for us?  (because it still works very well in the eco-system)

• Wireless keyboard Apple ceased to connect to the Windows 7 laptop

  I bought an Apple Wireless Keyboard 3 months ago and it works perfectly with my Windows 7 laptop until today - to halfway through editing a word document, it stopped working and my laptop makes the sound as a USB is plugged or removed.

  While I tried to remove the device and add it again. Several times. No luck. Then I deleted the device, rebooted the computer and re-added. Still no luck. Whenever I added, it brings to the top of the screen to enter the pairing code and that everything goes well and it appears in the printers and devices window. But it is grayed out, as if it was there but not there.

  I tried new batteries, but it made no difference. The keyboard still works perfectly with my iPad.

  When I turn on the keyboard, it displays a green light that blinks twice then pause then blinks twice again on repeat (according to the Apple Support Online, it's the device is detectable signal).

  I've also updated all Bluetooth drivers on the laptop, but displayed as up to date.

  Of course, Apple in charge cannot help me, and phone support from Microsoft could not be.

  Maybe there is an updated driver for the keyboard which caused the stoppage of work,

  If you go to the start menu and type "devmgmt.msc" into the search bar, it will bring you to the Device Manager.

  Look for the device in the list, it must be under keyboards, but because it seems to not be recognized, it can be in the tab of the unknown devices.

  If you cannot find the device, right click and select Properties, then go to the driver tab.

  From there, you can try to roll back the driver if this option is available, or update the driver to see if you can get a working one.

  Another thing to do in Device Manager is to click with the right button on the computer on top of the list, then choose the "Scan for hardware changes" and there may be for the device as well.

• iMovie crashes after Sierra upgraded.

  I have a MacBook Air and yesterday I upgraded the OS to Sierra. After that, iMovie crashes as soon as it load and continued to do so throughout the day. I can't access a video of work I had done and really need to send it to my client to download on their website. I repeatedly sent reports to Apple and restarted my laptop 3 times. I can't force leave them, because the program is still not open long enough to do something.

  I also tried to get a fix to remedy the situation, but there doesn't seem to be available.

  Does anyone have a solution to this? My laptop is less than 3 years.

  I understand that you updated your MacBook Air to macOS Sierra and now the iMove application is not responding.

  You did it to Time Machine backup your computer before updating?  You install iMovie version 10.1.2 after update to macOS Sierra?  Have you restarted your computer?  You try to access a project in iMovie or did you finish the project and export a video file (film)?

  Try these initial steps to solve your problem:

  1 launch the App Store on your Mac app, click updates, and then click the button next to iMovie update.

  2. restart your Macbook Air.

  3. open the Finder.  Open the Applications folder.

  4. right click on iMovie and choose read information.   Check the version 10.1.2.

  5 double-click on the iMovie application to open it.

  If the problem persists please reply to this thread with an update, including error messages that you may encounter and we will study further with you.

• Crash of mail.app in Sierra

  I am running the latest version of MacOS Sierra 10.12 (A 16, 323) on a MBP end 2013 with i7 2.6 gig that has 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

  I have a repeated, intermittent crash in Apple Mail. It happens several times a day. The crash does not appear to be linked to a specific action, I take - send/receive, etc. It just seems to happen. This problem started to happen until I updated to 10.12. The crash does not appear to affect any other program, including Outlook, when I used to solve problems. I use Outlook for my email instead of Mail, but I don't like the program, to be honest, if I prefer to use Mail.

• music shift 10 iOS App

  I use an iPhone 6 now and recently updated to iOS 10. Since the update, whenever I try to skip a song on my Apple's music app, there will be a lag after 4-5 seconds until the song going. I hooked using Bluetooth, to THE and USB, but the delay in the response is the same for all 3.

  I must point out that I use the application music from Apple to play the songs I transferred on the iPhone and not streaming.

  I've never had this problem of lag with iOS 9 so I guess it's a problem with the latest iOS. Is there anyone who can help me?

After reading your post, I understand the songs that you have saved for offline through the Apple music listening take about 4-5 seconds before jumping to the next song. I listen to music on the go and jump songs sometimes, so I know it's important that they jump quickly. I'd be happy to help you!

  There are a few steps that I can recommend; Please, try them in the order and test your music application and jumping after each of them. Stop when the problem is resolved.
  

  1. Exit music following the steps described here: force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

     Then, restart your iPhone by following these steps: restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

  2. Uninstall and reinstall the music App Instructions can be found here: remove the apps Apple integrated from the home screen on your device iOS with iOS 10
  3. Disconnect you from iTunes and the App Store, then back, following the instructions in this article: log on with another Apple ID on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

     Signature of the iTunes and the App Store will remove your content recorded for listening offline; After that log you back in, you will need to re - download these items, so I recommend you do this step, then only a Wi - Fi connection is available for free.

  4. Reset settings on your iPhone in settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This will not delete any of your personal data (such as photos, contacts, calendar events, reminders, etc.) but allows to convert customizable settings (as your desktop wallpaper and screen brightness, alert sounds, the settings of Date and time, etc.) to their default values.   I use Apple music myself with my son. He signed his ID and lost all its music offline as you did. He again all download them again after signing back with the original code. While this may be a bit confused, there's a great explanation in this discussion.

  You need to tell us a few things.

  1 do you have TC as the only router in the network.

  If this is not the case, the configuration is entirely via the main modem router combo.

  4. There is a safe way to do it... buy a vpn router and use before the TC. VPN is recognized global method for secure remote access. Who will work for any device having vpn client available... OpenVPN is the easiest in terms of cost, configuration and security.

  5. There is another method entirely, and that is to store the files you need to join in the cloud... Cloud is a better resource than to use your own router as Pseudo-nuage.

  If you eliminate the need for PC access then use BTMM for access to the TC.

  CCMM is authorized only and only the Apple method which are likely to work.
