  If your copy of Vista came pre-installed with your PC, you should contact the manufacturer of your PC for replacement disks. You will find no doubt that they will charge you for the replacement and they won't be cheap.

  If you purchased your copy of Vista in a store you will be normal should have the purchase receipt or proof of purchase (I guess a credit card statement would be sufficient, but I'm not sure).   There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.
