Replacement HP genuine ink HP Photosmart 5510 e-all-in-one series of B111

If I replace a genuine hp for another ink new cartridge does not always any color to the page on the first day. Did all the different steps to clean the heads of printer etc...  This happens not all the time but enough to be annoying. Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you

I see that you have problems with ink.  I would like to help.

I recommend to remove the ink cartridges and perform a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

I then recommend you using this document on fixing of the streaks of ink faded prints and other common Print quality problems

    Just bought the 5510 all-in-one PC world.

    2 questions.

    1. I can print it, but no (or little) black ink. I swapped the cartridges (in which case one provided in the box was a dud) but the same thing happens. No impression, or very light gray.

    2. I can print an alignment page, but the analysis fails, no suggestion of how to solve the problems, if alignment is dead in the water

    I lived all the troubleshooting onboard and used the mac based system to solve problems too.

    Nothing helps.

    (With no black ink), I can print from iphone or mac.

    Hold button power for 20 seconds and then turn off the machine, then hold for 20 seconds then turn on the machine and this machine is turned on, press and hold the power button for three seconds following. This piece of lunatic of advice was given to me by the support. It worked. Which is lucky for them. Apparently not a ridiculous idea.

    I would really like to complete reset of my 5510 Photoscmart instructions.  We do not print black.  I have changed the cartridges twice, cleaned the heads of printer on the screen and with a damp cloth (as shown on Youtube) but still no black.

    Hi when I forward an email to hpeprint on my new 5510 email is printed with the text only.  I would like to see the recipients and the date and time as is normally indicated on the top of an email.  If I can get this result, and if so how.  If I send a link it shows just a link. I need more information.

    In order to create a clean and professional appearance messages that are automatically sent to your printer print without addresses and dates.  For the moment, there is no way to print these via ePrint.  In addition, send a link to the printer will only print the link itself.  The reason is because it will print the text received in email and will not follow the link.

    What happens when you try to scan? Do you have a message of error before or during transmission scan, or do the software is not open? Maybe you can not locate the software now, or the software cannot communicate with the printer.

    While I wait for you, if the problem occurs when you print from several programs, please follow the steps below and let me know the results of your efforts.

    Scrub / uninstall

    • Open the Applications folder > HP or Hewlett-Packard folder > Uninstall HP
    • Click continue, click on one of the printers in the list.
    • * Only perform this step if you have not all other HP printers.  Press and hold the Option, control and command, while now the three buttons.
    • Click Uninstall.

    Manually uninstall the remaining files potentially - I apologize in advance is not a fun task! I'll try to make it easy to follow. Some of the files described in the following steps can be found, if you can't find one of the files or folders on your computer, do not be alarmed.

    Move the files or folders to the Recycle Bin, drag and drop

    • Macintosh HD/Applications / /Hewlett-Packard folder
    • Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support /- delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
    • In Macintosh HD/Library/Caches - delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
    • Macintosh HD/Library/Documentation/Help /- delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
    • MacintoshHD/Library/Frameworks/HPServicesInterface.framework
    • MacintoshHD/Library/Frameworks/HPSmartX.framework
    • Macintosh HD/Library/Image Capture / TWAIN Data Sources /HP Scan Pro
    • In Macintosh HD/Library/Image Capture/Scripts - delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
    • In Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences - delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard

    Move the Macintoshloginwindow.plist on the desktop. NOTE: Does not delete the loginwindow.plist file during the manual uninstallation may cause uninstall be retained.

    • In Macintosh HD/library/printers/hp - delete the folder
    • In Macintosh HD/Library/StartupItems, drag the following files in the trash, IO HP and HP trap monitor
    • In Macintosh HD/users/username (this should have a symbol of a house next to him) / Library/Preferences, drag the following files to the Trash: * all files starting with com.apple.print, * all files starting with com.hp, * all files beginning with Hewlett-Packard, * files starting with HP or hp
    • In MacintoshHD/users/USERNAME/Library/printers, drag all all-in-one printers listed here in the trash.
    • Drag the icons of HP from the dock and drop it onto a blank space on the desktop. The icon will disappear.

    Close all open windows.
    Turn it back on.
    Empty the trash.

    Reset the printing system

    1. Click on the Apple icon ( ), then click on System Preferences.

    We had to replace the hard drive in our Dell laptop. The technician said that we would lose programnes. We are unable to connect to our printer via our connection wireless home.

    We need to install a driver?  Where can I get it?  The HP site says that the driver is not put at my disposal?

    I saw your post about how you cannot connect your Photosmart 6510 to your home network wirelessly, with your Windows 7 system, and I hope I can help you.

    To reinstall the drivers and software for printers, you can run the HP printer install wizard for Windows, that will find and install the appropriate drivers for you.

    HP Photosmart Plus e-all in one, read the error message failure, Oxc190013, ink on iMac system, ' the printhead has failed and can print is no longer.  3 color cartridges work but does not print black ink. I checked the surveys of the cartridge and the black is about half full, and it's a HP 564XL. I also removed the cartridge and the pad has not dried out. Is - fixable?

    The error message itself will remain but will continue to print. This message will remain until the cartridge is replaced. Substitution is the printer printing always regardless of the error message on the display screen.

    AT THE END OF THE YEAR, I BOUGHT THE HP PRINTER PHOTOSMART WIRELESS E-ALL-IN-ONE (B110A).  I REPLACED THE COLOR (364) CARTRIDGES, BUT THE CARTRIDGE BLACK (364), I BOUGHT IS NOT SAME SIZE ONE PROVIDED WITH THE PRINTER, IT IS MORE SMALL AND DOES NOT FIT IN THE SLOT.  DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?  NOW PRINTER CANNOT USE AS BLACK IS EMPTY AND CANNOT REPLACE IT AS THE 364 PROVIDED WITH THE PRINTER IS DIFFERENT FROM THE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.  VERY FRUSTRATING.

    I'm product HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C310 series printer with code produces CN503A and model #C310a. There are 564 HP, ink cartridges. everything was going well until I installed the ink that I bought and it said I had to install the ink supplied with the product; no ink came with it and I had to buy it.  Rep me chosen good staples ink and corresponding to all the symbols. IE installation to INSTALLATION provided with the printer ink cartridges, then close the ink access door to continue.  only problem is that I did not SETUP ink. I talked to HP rep and they said selling printers don't come with ink cartridges, I bought and installation.  any other ideas?

    The first series used in the C310a cartrdiges are cartridges special "setup."  You will need to Contact HP for a replacement.  After the initial installation, the replacement cartridges you have will work.

    I can't make a copy of the surface of the glass of the printer. Automatic advance works great, time to take the paper and print a copy. In the past, printing from glass was not a problem. The error message on the printer says "Document Feeder Jam. Reload document, then restart of work. " The problem is that there not be jammed. I raised the lid of the printer and checked the ink cartridges, checked the paper tray and open the access to the rear of the printer.  I have an HP Photosmart Premium Fax all-in-One, model # C410a. All accepted ideas. Right now, I'm ready to start with a hammer.

    I have a new HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer just out the box. I removed the tape and cartridge access door does not open more than 40 degrees. The figure represents about 80 degrees. I'm afraid to force it. I can't put new cartridges in the printer. Very frustrated trying to get help. It doesn't seem to be a phone number or Web site for direct assistance. HP has really gone down hill. Help!

    In the United Kingdom, the cartridges would be 364 series.  You can order black, cyan, magenta, yellow or pack combo with three cartridges.  The cartridge photo and four packs of color with the photo cartridge are not applicable for your printer.

    You can also use the XL 364 cartridges, they have more ink at a higher price, but at a lower cost per page.
