  If, as you say, they are completely separate installations on separate hard disks, each with there own version of PS for example, there should be no way that they could interfere with each other! I assume you are using a form any of Boot Manager to load a specific version of Mac OS x?

  I did something similar at the start in a similar situation with client compatibility and not had a problem with either interfere with others!

  However, you share the programs somehow between different OS, so that would be another matter.

  Well, I want to replace our very old OID with OUD installation (for database Oracle Net services) but I am facing a problem more.

  I have 2 naming context dc =, dc = domain, dc = org and dc = everyone.

  I created the domain controller = everyone with DOHAD (Configuration-> Create local naming context for database Oracle Net services).

  I am able to query entries in each context.

  So I decided to install another server for HA and using replication.

  I installed on the second server with the same option and the same procedure (stand alone and for the Oracle Net database services).

  I created the domain controller = everyone on the second server.

  Then, I used dsconfig to create the replica server on port 8989 on two server.

  I created the new domain of replication for my two contexts with dsconfig-> replication-> synchronization-> field of replication management provider menu-> create new domain of the replication.

  The option list to show me the two areas.

  But when I do a dsreplication-> enable replication, I don't have that cn = OracleContext or dc =, dc = domain, dc = org or cn = OracleContext, dc =, dc = domain, dc = org.

  No trace of dc = world or cn = OracleContext, dc = everyone.

  Is it possible to reproduce multiple naming contexts, and what is the procedure to do?

  Even with the DOHAD and Topology Manager, I see that the domain controller = ma, dc = domain, dc = everyone.

  You can certainly use the replication of multilple databases by
  environment.

  Have a mixture of databases in memory and on disk makes sense.
  However, currently there is a bug that prevents the right
  resynchronization of a client with the master in certain circumstances
  When the databases in memory and on disk transactions are in use. (I
  can describe this in more detail if you are interested) I am currently
  working on a fix for this bug, for a future release.

  Have you considered the flag of the Middle DB_TXN_NOSYNC? Database
  updates are generally not necessarily emptied the disk with each
  transaction; rather, only the transaction log is normally empty
  each time, so it is normally most of the performance. Using
  replication with DB_TXN_NOSYNC allows you to "engage in the network."
  and a very popular replication using Berkeley DB.

  This is, of course, all the work in the environment; It may not be
  confined to the effects on the single database. If this is a problem,
  You can of course use separate environments, but then you don't get
  the advantage of having committed together as a single transaction updates.

  1. Close all running programs and open the windows if you are back on the desktop.
  2. Click on the Start () button.
  3. In the search box of the Start Menu () type msconfig and press enter on your keyboard - follow UAC prompt.

  5. Make sure the Normal startup is selected
  6. then click on the STARTUP tab at the top

  8. Apply - OK - then follow restart guests

I noticed that whenever a replication begins and ends, the VM freezes for a few seconds. When I start a ping during a replication, I also see a couple (two or three) waiting times.   It is the normal or expected behavior. This is caused by VSS sleep and the VM snapshot she needs.

  Different versions of vSphere are supported to recover protected site and as you have configured, it is recommended to have the new version on the recovering site. The reason for this and be careful about the different versions, has to do with the versions of virtual equipment. VMware ESX can run VMs with earlier versions of virtual hardware, but not later (came out after the version of vSphere). You want to make sure that your virtual machines will run on the host on the recovering site. If you are using a later version of vSphere to recovery, as long as you deploy new virtual machines when running it, or if you do this, you use a virtual hardware version that is compatible with the hosts what was your site protected, you will never come across the problem of trying to recover a virtual machine with the hardware version that is incompatible with vSphere.

  We want to transfer changed data from Oracle to SQL server for Data Warehouse solution. It is one-way replication (from Oracle 10 g 2 to SQL server 2005). We are having about 100 tables that must be replicated with SQL server, but only changed(Insert,Update,Delete) data will be replicated.

  Of course, the major challenge will identify changed lines. Assuming that you don't have a way to make his already (i.e. a LAST_UPDATED_DATE column in all tables, a table of audit, changes, etc.), Oracle provides a few different technologies to do this. For heterogeneous replication, I tend to focus on Oracle Change Data Capture (CDC), which publishes the changes in a table that your replication process can subscribe to.   Once you can identify changed lines, - hand replication logic coding usually isn't too difficult. You can spawn probably most among the definitions of table on both sides (assuming these definitions to match). If you want to go out and buy an ETL tool, there are probably tools who can subscribe to CDC and push the changes to SQL Server. Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) would be the tool I'd look at first like most likely to be able to do. There are also third-party (i.e. Golden Gate) that sell software that mines redo logs and applies changes to all databases, but which tends to be quite expensive and a bit complex to install / configure / administer.

• Problems with the compatibility of Lightroom 6CC and ElCapitan on older iMacs

  When I upgraded to ElCapitan, Lightroom CC seems to continue to work without problem.  Then I did the first update and since then, I have not been able to use development module in the program.  I posted these problems on the Lightroom forums (see link below), but it is clearly an Apple problem, is not a problem of Lightroom. Lightroom people think it's the graphics processor in the older iMac which poses problem, but as I said above, it happened on the first update, not on the initial installation.  There is now another update on hold, and I fear that other programs will no longer work.  Apple made contact with Lightroom on those very real inconsistencies and what is their consensus?  This is a serious problem for a person using an older iMac and photo editing using Adoble products.  For a fuller discussion, please see the link below for the Lightroom Forum (information was also posted on the Forum from Adobe).

  FWIW, iMac 24 "early 2009 may have at least 512 KB of VRAM (typical models

  only had 256 K).  The specification of Lightroom CC, minimum is 1 GB of VRAM.

  Operation on this machine was borderline at best and probably just lucky it worked at all.

  In addition, a huge impact on the works of Lightroom is the amount of RAM installed.  With

  El Capitan installed, try to run Lightroom CC with anything less than 8 GB will be

  issue (despite what can say Adobe).
