38.1.0 running under XP Pro, SP3. Account settings are of composition using HTML. When you reply to an HTML message, I get an error (screenshot attached) dialog box. Clicking OK results in sending a message TOTALLY EMPTY. Clicking Cancel Cancels the answer.
