  back in 2008, I ran a few tests using 3.5 TestStand and LabVIEW 7.1

  I am now under TestStand 4.2.1; but the need to revisit an old report

  When I try to open the xml report - I get an error:

  "Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Fix the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later."

  I think that the style sheet cannot be located. These style sheets are available for earlier versions of Teststand? and maybe some simple instructions about where it should be located in the directory of files so that everything plays well.

  Hey Laurent,.

  It seems that the XML files created with an absolute path to the style sheet. If you just copy the XML files without first packaging to distribution, it is perhaps what is the question.

  If you have access to the original system, you could package the XML files for redistribution by using the standalone tool XML Pack.exe, also available through the menu Tools (files XML/HTML Package for Distribution...).

  Alternatively, you can modify your XML files to point to the style sheet that you don't have on your system.

  The first line of the XML file will be the location of the stylesheet in it--you can change this path to point to the stylesheets provide with TestStand v4.2.

  On the recommendation of MS tech support, I already tried

  1. perform a clean boot

  2. reset internet Explorer

  3 typeing these orders in the dark of the screen then restart the computer after you perform these steps

  None of these recommendations solved my problem. I don't know if it is an IE or issue windows. Any other suggestions?

• Report incorrect style sheet

  I imported several pages html as subjects in my project in Robohelp HTML 6 from another project. They brought with them the stylesheet which they had initially used. Using the properties/appearance, I've changed the style of the original sheet (let's call it OldProject.css) to that used for the rest of the project (let's call it NewProject.css). The changes of style used, but they should have been, and by looking at the HTML code, I see NewProject.css and not OldProject.css. But when I opened the Tools menu in the main window of RoboHelp and select reports/Style Sheets, it shows OldProject.css with the items imported under him. I deleted OldProject.css from the directory of the project, and it seems always, but with an 'X' indicating, I suppose, missing. I get no error when compiling, and everything seems ok. It's just that style sheet report persists in showing the former and now unused stylesheets for imported subjects, and OldProject.css always displays in the project manager.

  Try this.

  Generate a CHM output even if it is not the one you normally use. Just use the default settings. Who updates the HHP file.

  Delete the CPD and XPJ files and open the project using the file HHP to see if this corrects the database, which can be the cause of this problem. Make a copy of the project and see if it corrects the problem.

  I would like to have css files organized in a certain way for the ease of use and DW sometimes join the end and sometimes add to the middle.

  It is quite easy to organize styles in CSS designer. There are several aspects:

  • When a selector is already selected in the pane of selectors, by clicking on the button "+" to create a new selector inserts the new rule of style immediately after the selected one.
  • If you want to move the selectors in your stylesheet, you can drag and drop them in the Panel of selectors. The style rules will be moved to the new location in the style sheet.
  • You can even move a different style sheet style rules. Select the styles that you want to move and begin to drag. Keep the mouse button while dragging on the @Media pane and then drag the style selected on the stylesheet to target in the Sources pane.
  • To adapt a style rule existing for use in a media query, right click on the selector and choose duplicate in the query on the shortcut menu. You can then select the media query in the submenu that appears.

  I insert a Spry menu bar in a .dwt file model.

  .dwt file seems functional in Live View mode and the Spry menu bar behaves as expected.   I save the .dwt file and then create a new .dwt file .html page.

  The new .html page appears in Design view, but when I switch to Live View there is no visible style.  Content is present, but it is as if the stylesheet has been turned off.   Both the general style of the page and the Spry menu bar are missing.  Even when the page is downloaded.

  The general page style sheet is in the folder of css and Spry worksheet menu bar is located in the SpryAssets folder.   The references in the page coding for style sheets look correct.

  "You can also use (.css) style sheets to manage styles in the published output. In this case, you can export the current styles in a .css file. You can then open this file in a text editor or .css (such as Adobe Dreamweaver), change the styles in this file and import the file back.

  Nothing I can find on the menus offer this option reads regular Frame or XML mode.

  Also, when I find it, I need to load css in Dreamweaver? If I should not be able to use the XML view?

  No Colum, I found since then. (In fact I found a video by Bernard l. a. which explains a bit).

  In the module 'Release' are 5 choices (epub, html, etc.) and selecting one highlights a button for settings. Change the settings has TWO tabs, one called Style mappings, which is where the button for import and export styles.

  There a button for Automap paragraph Styles which I will experiment with the next.

  It of maybe a stupid question, but how do I determine which styles are attached to an internal style sheet or external? I have modified the text and messed up my whole site without realizing that it is attached to an external sheet which was the large site. I can't find an indication in Styles pallate when I click on them, be they internal or external. It's frustrating when you work on a site. No explanation will be appreciated.

  @LarsenGraphiCDesign - there is no real way of panels if the stylesheet has been linked in other files. I suggest you save an enhancement request at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

  To work around the problem - I suggest-

  1. you add a time in one of the css files and save you are presented with an option to update all other html files that are related to the same css.
  2. Move the css to a different location and see what css files is related to

  Which gives you an option to see all the html files associated with the particular css

  But then the first option doesn't work in version the most recent DW, the second should work even in older versions of DW

• Attach the Style sheet does nothing in CC

  I went to DW CS6 CC and found what appears to be a bug:

  Start a new HTML document or open an existing one. Click on class, and then select attach a Style sheet... the Properties tab and nothing happens.

  Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We are aware of this problem and you can expect to which will be fixed in the next update of DW.

  This only happens when the Panel CSS Designer is closed and you happened to revive DW and try to attach a style sheet.

  I suggest you to have CSS Designer panel open and test this workflow. You can find it at window > CSS Designer

  Copy the CSS file in the same location folder as your main site or in a folder called "css" on your main site. Add this to thesection of your HTML file:
