Required custom metadata field with the date current system as default.
I want to create a custom type metadata field Date. I want to make mandatory and set its default value as date system.I have already created the field of type Date. What expression should I write do the date system as default?
Because it is a required field, what will happen to existing content. Is there metadata get updated?
Thank you
Sanjeev
Change metadata Information fields and set the default value <$dateCurrent()$>.
If you want to update the metadata for exisitng documents, you can use archiver to export all the elements and then perform an import. But, before you do the import set up import mappings
(1) update existing items have the same date, use the value cards (tab cards Import)
(2) use of field maps to update with arrival,
$dateCurrent()$>

How to make a list of question field with the data type DATE?
I have a column with the DATE data type. Using forms 6i I want to generate a poplist field of list item with this column while the value of the items in the list of names of days like SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY. If we change the date to a char data type, it won't work properly, but now with the data type DATE behind him, it gives the following error message
"FRM-32082: invalid value for given the type of element."

Using forms 6i how a list item field type DATE data which may contain names of days?Set your date as a hidden field (not shown) column. Create your item list with the names of day of varchar2. Create the list item as a base table field that accepts the values of text in the names of the days. On this area, create a when-validate-item trigger that translated the text into an actual date that it then uses to set the value of the real object of the base table.

I filled out all the fields with the data but could not save the file with the data.
Please help because I do not restart and repopulate the data. I found that if I go in advance, then extend the functionality of Adobe Reader, I can fill in the form again and save and print it. But that's before I fill the data, now that I filled until I put it to extend the functionality, is there a way to save and print?
Thank you.

You cannot extend the reader a PDF with Adobe Reader form, it requires Acrobat Pro.
Adobe Reader X and older versions cannot save a completed form is not extended to PDF, but it can be printed * in all cases.

How to subtract the DATE CURRENT SYSTEM and tire of Siebel
Hi Experts,
How to subtract the date of DAY and Date, which came in Siebel?
Example:
The DAY - Date records in Siebel
Current date = 25/11/2012
Registration date in Siebel = 20/11/2012
Technically the answers I want will be 5.
How can I do this? My idea is to put a phrase in the MDB layer, but I want to just get your ideas:
Current_Date - "Oracle Data Warehouse. "'"' Catalogue'."" """dbo"."" TABLE_NAME ". "' COLUMN_NAME '.

Compare a date with the date system
Hello
I use the script (that I found in this forum) in below in order to obtain a date of datefield1, add a year and give the date of datefield2.
It works very well.
Kai var = util.scand ("yyyy-mm-dd", this.rawValue);
var sFullYear = oDate.getFullYear ();
var sMonth = oDate.getMonth ();
sDate var = oDate.getDate ();
Datefield2.FormattedValue = util.printd ("JJ", new Date ((sFullYear+1), sMonth, sDate));
Datefield2.RawValue = Datefield2.formattedvalue;But now I would compare the new date (David [added a year]) with the date current system (cDate).
Does anyone have an idea how to compare dates? The result should change color as below.
If (David < cDate) {}
Datefield2.fontcolor = "255,0,0";
}Thank you very much.
Kind regards
ra_be
Try to use the Date of Javascript object:
var myDate = new Date();
myDate.setFullYear (2010,0,14);
var today = new Date();If (myDate > today)
{
Alert ("the date is before January 14, 2010");
}
on the other
{
Alert ("today, it is after January 14, 2010");
}If this does not work, try the analysis on the month, day and year, and then do a comparison on all of them (without forgetting to convert strings of months an integer. For example if you store the release date: February 2, 2009, February goes to 2).
Then your comparison would look like:
if(myYear == sysYear) {}
if(myMonth == sysMonth) {}
if(myDay == sysDay) {}
days are equal
}
Else if (myDay<>
myDay is before sysDay
}else {}
myDay is after sysDay
}
}
}
essentially to follow this same logic for comparisons of month and year and it should work as well. It would be certainly cleaner and much easier using this Date however (http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/jsref_obj_date.asp)

Fill a field with the results of the other (sort and add custom text)
I have a PDF form with many fields popup asking 'Yes', 'Maybe' or 'no '. I need a way to collect the answers and sorting, all the 'yes' first of all, that all the 'maybe', all the 'no '. When I need after that sort of response of three, is put in a 'Results' field with the container of the ToolTips for each popup and the ability to add a "BOLD" text, between three sorted responses.
I have found some javascript in the forum here to collect data from field only. It seems to be easy to modify if you have several fields to collect/sorting/extract.
Assistance or management to do will be appreciated.
Thank you!
Assuming that you have 50 menus named A1, A2... A50 and each drop-down list has three elements (Yes, maybe, no), you could do something like:
Initialize object to contain the info of the answer
var oResponse = {}
'Yes': [],.
"Maybe": [],.
['No':]
};
var i, f;
Browse fields (A1, A2... A50)
for (i = 1; i<= 50;="" i="" +="1)">=>
Get a reference to the current field
f = getField ("A" + i);
Add ToolTip text of the current field to the corresponding table in the response object
oResponse [f.valueAsString] .push (f.userName);
}
Generate the output string
aOutput var = [];
If (oResponse ['yes'] .length > 0) aOutput.push ("It's the priority YES\r" + oResponse ["Yes"] .join ("\r"));
If (oResponse ["Maybe"] .length > 0) aOutput.push ("It's the priority MAYBE\r" + oResponse ["Maybe"] .join ("\r"));
If (oResponse ['No'] .length > 0) aOutput.push ("It's the priority NO\r" + oResponse ["No"] .join ("\r"));
Enter the results
getField("Results").value = aOutput.join("\r\r");

The location of the custom metadata fields
I'm trying to locate the custom metadata fields. Consider a custom metadata field where his dname = xPracticeWork and dCaption = practical work.
I am trying to locate it using the old way.
When to activate the settings regional french user and see this metadata field appears in English.When I turn on the location in the information system Audit, it is said
unable to find string 'fr.Practice Work'
So I tried including < @fr. The practice of work =Work practice@ >
but he throws and error message saying unknown resource definition tag
If I do the dCaption as PracticeWork and try to < @fr. PracticeWork =Work practice@ > it works absolutely well.
It seems that the practical work being two letter word definition tag allows no space.
Can someone please help me on this.
Thank you
Vanina
It's very simple, you write a string that you want to display in the form of legend (I use this trick in the profiles, if I want to rename a metadata custom field exist for the type having a different meaning), or write you a string Id cannot contain spaces, which solved somewhere, usually a custom - component see what thread change location String for details how to create a resource exploitation translations.

Hello
I suspect it's because of the construction in default length of character in sqldr data types - char (255) must take no notice of what the definition of the current table is by default.
Try adding CHAR (2000), to your controlfile so you end up with something like this:
OPTIONS (SKIP = 2)
DOWNLOAD THE DATA
CHARACTERSET WE8ISO8859P1
INFILE '$FILE '.
ADD
IN THE TABLE "XXDM_DM_17_ONACCOUNT_REC_SRC".
WHEN (1)! = 'FOOTER ='
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ' |'
SURROUNDED OF POSSIBLY "" "
TRAILING NULLCOLS)
, , COMMENTS TANK (2000).

Comparing converted text until then with the Date column
I have a question where I need out of a text column in a date format and then compare this column against another column in the same table, which is already to date format. I tried to use a sub query to avoid doing this in two steps, but get a:
"ORA-01858' a non-digit character was found here where was waiting for digital"
error message that obviously has something to do with the date formatting in the subquery: the types do not match.
Note: clock_num is a text column and contains the numbers are supposed to be dates like 070111 - where the need for conversion to a date type to match the stat_date which is the type of date column. I have no control over the data in this column. It is not my picture, is the picture of the society and I have to use!
So my question is what syntax/function should I use to get the type of expression clock_nbr the type of eff_date.
Or y at - it another way to do the same thing without using subquery?
Any help is appreciated...
SELECT
me. SSN,
Of
member_enroll me
WHERE me.ssn = '999999999'
AND me.stat_date <
(SELECT to_date (substr (me.clock_num, 1, 2) |)) » /' || substr (me.clock_num, 3, 2) | '/' || substr(me.clock_num,5,2), 'mm-DD-yy') as clock_nbr
OF member_enroll me
WHERE me.ssn = '999999999')I have no experience with PL/SQL Developer. Any chance you could launch SQL * more and copy / paste of a session where you run this code?
You should only run the DDL to create the function once. If the second query runs, you have managed to successfully create the function. My hypothesis is that whatever 'window SQL' you are talking about and what you mean by 'run' is the cause only the function must be created. Most of the IDEs have a function to execute current SQL statement, without taking into account other statements that can be registered in the same window, and a separate function to execute all instructions in the current window. Different iDEs have different requirements to separate several SQL statements if you want to run all of the SQL statements in a window. You may need to do something like the added statement a / after the CREATE FUNCTION as a separator.

Problems with the date and time - have to reset the date & time on reboot
original title: problems with the date and time
Whenever I turn on my computer (Windows XP 2002) I click on F2. Then I re - set the date and time it occurred in January 2006 1 h every time I have turn off the computer. Can someone tell me what I need to do?
You need to replace the battery in time clock (RTC) real of your computer. It can also be called the CMOS or BIOS battery.
Many computers, this battery is an inexpensive CR2032 button available in almost every pharmacy corner. There are, however, some computers (especially laptops) that require a different (and probably more expensive) battery.
Whatever the expense, almost all of these batteries are easy to replace.
To get help, post back with the brand and model of your computer.

AMOUNT of Oracle with the date range
Hello community,
I'm having a problem with the addition of a field with a date range. It comes to my table
JVREF VARCHAR2 10 - - - - - - SOURCE VARCHAR2 2 - - - - - - PERIOD VARCHAR2 6 - - - - - - JVDATE NUMBER - 38 0 - Nullable - - GLCODE VARCHAR2 24 - - - - - - DESCR VARCHAR2 40 - - - Nullable - - AMOUNT_0 FLOAT 48 48 - - Nullable - - AMOUNT_1 FLOAT 48 48 - - Nullable - - JVTYPE VARCHAR2 4 and I'm glad the the following statement works as expected
SELECT AMOUNT_1 FROM 'TABLE' where
TO_DATE ("PERIOD, ' YYYYMM") > = to_date ("'201501 ',' YYYYMM")
and
TO_DATE (PERIOD, 'YYYYMM') < = to_date ("'201502 ',' YYYYMM");
E.g.
AMOUNT_1
56192.48
59863.57
48570.1
72407.12
21626.96
35532.96
75860.67
25623.62
54799.83
16872.3
The next thing I want to do is the sum of these amounts... so I changed my statement to become
SELECT SUM (AMOUNT_1) 'TABLE' where
TO_DATE ("PERIOD, ' YYYYMM") > = to_date ("'201501 ',' YYYYMM")
and
TO_DATE (PERIOD, 'YYYYMM') < = to_date ("'201502 ',' YYYYMM");
and now I'm getting
ORA-01841: (full) year must be between-4713 and 9999 and not 0
I also tried
SELECT THE PERIOD (AMOUNT_1) SUM OF "BRE". "' OPW_NMLTRX ' where
TO_DATE ("PERIOD, ' YYYYMM") > = to_date ("'201501 ',' YYYYMM")
and
TO_DATE (PERIOD, 'YYYYMM') < = to_date ("'201502 ',' YYYYMM")
Group by PERIOD
with the same results... I can't figure out what I should do next?
Thank you.
Hello
Solomon Yakobson says:
Question:
SELECT *.
From your_table
WHERE the TO_NUMBER (SUBSTR (PERIOD, 1, 4)) NO BETWEEN-4713 and 9999
OR TO_NUMBER (SUBSTR (PERIOD, 1, 4)) = 0
/
To find the offending rows.
SY.
This can cause other errors, according to what is in this column. A better way would be something like:
Primary_key SELECT, period - add more columns you want
'TABLE' - avoid names which need quotation marks
(Period WHERE the TRANSLATION)
'012345678'
'999999999'
) <> = "999999"
OR SUBSTR (period, 1, 4), not BETWEEN "1900" AND "2099"
OR SUBSTR (period 5) NOT BETWEEN '01' to '12'
;
Now there may be errors of conversion, because there is no conversion.
